*1/5 - Disappointing Stay at Hotel Metro Inn* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Metro Inn, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel's shortcomings made my stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. *Major Issues:* 1. *No Breakfast Option*: Hotel Metro Inn does not provide breakfast, and there are no nearby restaurants or cafes to grab a morning meal. 2. *No Hot Water*: My room lacked hot water, making basic hygiene a challenge. 3. *Basic Amenities Missing*: No water bottles or glasses were provided. When requested, I was told to use a coffee mug instead. 4. *Unhygienic Bed*: The bed had a strong, unpleasant odor. 5. *No Functional Lift*: With a 3rd-floor room, I had to climb stairs since the lift was out of order. *Overall Experience:* Hotel Metro Inn's lack of attention to basic amenities and services made my stay miserable. The absence of breakfast options, hot water, and essential room amenities like water glasses and a clean bed made me feel unwelcome. *Recommendation:* Unless significant improvements are made, I would advise others to avoid Hotel Metro Inn. The hotel rooms was very poor and they just painted the room we were told to stay. We couldn’t stay overnight and had to book another hotel. Very poor

The location was fine because it right at the express road , wry easy to locate . The service was good and staff did their job well. Welcoming and WiFi was standard as well . I enjoyed my stay

Room was so hot we asked to the staffs if we can change the room or have fan lady said can’t change the room we was happy to for another room and fan lady said we have to buy the fan £18 which is not good and room fan location is not good it’s a d lift was out of service. Our was was 3rd flood really it was not experience. This hotel we tried first time unfortunately last time. Next time we will book where we use to go.

Everyone was nice and comfy
