Hotel berhampiran Cloudmine, Warsaw

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.

We arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Elevator closed slowly and that’s about all which was negative. Everything else is fine.

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

I have to stay I have not stayed here but - unfortunately - I DID BOOK a room here via Booking.com. It was only for one quick night so a two-star hotel would have done just fine. My booking said I would have to pay by the hotel and also included free cancellation. I am a bit wary of lower-class hotels - turns out rightfully so - therefore, thinking that I would have to pay at the accommodation anyway, I provided them with details of my top-up credit card. A bit later they contacted me saying that my card was not valid and I would have to give them another card. (Turns out they wanted to pre-authorize my credit card.) After a couple of messages with the hotel to clarify this and also make sure that cancellation would be free indeed, I updated my credit card details and let them know. Yet, without warning, they abruptly canceled my booking stating that my credit card was still not valid. Now, as you see it in my profile, I travel quite a lot, and never ever have I had my credit card rejected by a hotel so it sounded all very dubious. All in all this hotel seems very fishy and suspicious so perhaps it is a lucky escape. Mind you they have my credit card details so hopefully, I will not be subjected to credit card fraud on their behalf.

Hotel is in quiet street, with good public transportation to city center. We had so called Superior room, it was very clean, with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Soap and shampoo in refillable bottles, ok towels (could be nicer). None soap bars or lotions. Little fridge (ours barely worked), microwave, tea kettle, no coffee maker. Tea bags and instant coffee in the room as well as basic dishes. Water bottles in the room as well. AC works great. Very good breakfast, staff overseeing breakfast room does not like to smile but cleans tables efficiently and quickly. We wish there was access to NETFLIX (using our own account), TV service is very poor, not much beyond bunch of TVP channels, Polsat, basic TVN - No TVN 24. Not much to do in hotel at night since there is no restaurant or bar and again TV programing is poor. I am not sure if I would choose this hotel again because of tv choices and maybe lack of restaurant.

I stayed here for three nights last September. As Marriott platinum member, I was automatically upgraded to junior suite. Thank you! This property is stunning! It’s a former palace and I feel like I was a royal. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is only 5 minutes walk from old town Warsaw. I simply love this property and has booked my 2024 visit to Warsaw in this property.

Four Points is a few minutes ride by the Tram from downtown Warsaw. It's quiet and clean. Breakfast is around 18.00 USD, but it's a buffet and quality meal as well. Room was clean amd well kept.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Bad ist groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig für jeden was dabei, Preise sind moderat. Immer wieder gerne in Warschau. Abendessen ist auch Top, aber vorsichtig die Portionen sind groß.
