Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Bad ist groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig für jeden was dabei, Preise sind moderat. Immer wieder gerne in Warschau. Abendessen ist auch Top, aber vorsichtig die Portionen sind groß.

Hotel is situated in business district within short 5-10 minutes ride from WAW airport ( 17 - 20 PLN for taxi ). Moderately priced. New building with kind of industrial design, everything inside fresh and stylish. Rooms are comfortable and have everything inside for any traveller. Very good restaurant on site, which is also providing good and tasty breakfast. Negative - nothing specifically to mention. Positive - food and general ambience. Overall - highly recommend.

Stayed here during the pandemic mid July. Takes the pandemic very seriously. Mask wearing enforced. Sanitizer everywhere. This was important for us as one of us had an operation while here. Wifi has different connections depending on what area of hotel you are in. 1 for room, 1 for hotel area, 1 for bar. We had no problem video calling and binging on netflix. Staff are lovely, rooms and hotel very clean. Food is lovely in the restaurant. Breakfast is what you expect. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cold ham, cheese, tomatoes and some polish choices. Pastries & rolls, variety of teas & coffees. Uber will deliver to the hotel room door. (We weren't venturing too far from the hotel). I'd definitely recommend a stay here. No housekeeping during pandemic (suited us and dont know if we asked would they clean the room), everything that isnt essential is removed from the room but a quick call to reception and they have whatever you want to your door. They are that fast, dont take a quick trip to the bathroom, you wont have time. They are at your door in lightening speed. Its impressive. You leave your rubbish or dirty towels etc outside the room door and the staff collect them. Used taxis to get into Warsaw (afraid to get on the bus or metro due to surgery) cost about 10e. Great social distancing. The Polish are definitely taking the pandemic seriously. Felt safer here than at home.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Went mid-october for 3 nights. Check-in was ok, except need to be proactive to have information (WIFI, breakfast, etc..) Room was big, nice decoration (but was surprised when I learnt that the room is done on request.....) Gym, swimming pool and spa are the the good point of the hotel, Breakfast was bad. First morning i arrived 30 min before the end and i have to go in the Lobby, food was cold. and even orange juice and some plates were empty. For the location, it's not so great even there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. If you want to walk to the old town count at least 30-40 min walk. At the end, hotel is not expensive but 4-5 stars is a bit overrated

Bardzo fajny hotel. Blisko centrum. Pokoje czyste i komfortowe. Obsługa kompetentna i miła.

Das Hostel liegt wirklich super und direkt an der Altstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 200m entfernt. Bis Warschau Centralna läuft man etwa 40 Minuten oder man nimmt eben den Bus oder die Metro. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt Tipps zum Essen und zu Aktivitäten. Zudem wird vom Hostel mittwochs bis sonntags abends immer Programm angeboten. Im Garten/Terrasse kann man leicht andere Reisende kennenlernen. Wir waren in einem Doppelzimmer und das war eigentlich echt schön. Es war sauber und hatte einen Schrank und Dusche und WC. Leider war der Wasserdruck im dritten Stockwerk sehr gering und die Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen. Essen gibt es im hostel abgesehen von snacks nicht, dafür aber einige Getränke. Die Küche ist sehr sauber und hat weitgehend alles, was man braucht. Ebenfalls hilfreich ist der Aufzug, wenn man Gepäck mitbringt. Alles in allem trotz der zwei kleinen „Mängel“ sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Reason : some make-up on towels No information at all.. just withdrawal the money for your account. The could write anytime to us via the booking information... But nothing... Nuestra experiencia fue mala pero lo mismo fue principalmente por mala suerte. Como cosa más subjetiva, yo tengo problemas de espalda y la cama me pareció horrible, me despertaba todas las mañanas dolorido (mi pareja, que no tiene ningún problema de espalda, también se quejó). Pero lo que me ha hecho ponerle mala nota es que una tarde llegamos a nuestra habitación y la puerta estaba abierta de par en par (no faltaba nada pero como limpiaban por la mañana tenía pinta de que se había tirado todo el día abierta). Bajamos a pedir que tuviesen más cuidado y la persona en recepción no parecía entender mucho inglés (yo no soy precisamente un máquina hablando inglés pero tengo que hablarlo habitualmente y ademas estuve un rato intentando hacerme entender): su respuesta fue un gesto de incomprensión y no se disculpó. Para que no todo sea malo, he de decir que el hotel está muy bien comunicado con el centro (metro y tranvía) y es un barrio muy agradable. La habitación era muy amplia. De forma gratuita ofrecían un calentador de agua con tés y también botellas de agua.
