Although Hotel Bellotto is a lovely looking place to stay, it should not be classed as 5 star. The rooms ‘look’ opulent with mirrors, suede bed head, scatter pillows and a marble bathroom, but - check in was VERY slow, they seemed to keep referring to our passports on a computer screen and whispering to each other - we were locked out of our room a few hours after check in, the card didn’t work. As cards aren’t numbered we were asked to prove it was our room by identify our bags. We were the told we were using the wrong card!!!! - the bathroom smelt of sewerage each time we showered, which then seeped into the room - pillows were uncomfortable, way too soft and little filling - only way up to the rooms was via a stair case. - no price list in the room for mini bar

Luxury hotel with outstanding services. Something special!

部屋はとても綺麗で滞在自体はとても満足でした。ここの施設は自分でチェックインする方式だったのですが、ホテルから詳細メールが来ておらず、当日1人だったこともあり、かなり大変でした。連絡したらすぐに対応はしてくれましたが、、。このようなトラブルも時には起こるのだということは知っておいていただけると良いのかなと思います。特に1人で旅する方は気を付けてください。あとホテルもどこにあるのかかなり分かりづらかったです。人に聞いて何とか辿り着きました、、。 それ以外はかなり満足です！

Excellent breakfast, splendid location and patiently helpful staff! I feel extremely guilty having visited this hotel in December 2023 and forgot to do a review of this amazing hotel. The staff often set hotels of similar star ratings apart and it is definitely the case with this cost and welcoming hotel. No query was too much for the professional and personal reception staff. Unfortunately, our return flight was from Warsaw (pronounced Varsava) Modolin airport that is a long way out of the city. Therefore, we had to leave at 06:30 - the reception arranged a breakfast box and took time to find out the cost of a taxi, phoning us in our room with the answer. They made us feel special. The rooms are warm (minus temperatures outside) with good power showers. Cleaning staff do a thorough job. Complimentary hand cream and toiletries placed every day. The breakfast was fresh with a range of hot and cold food, served with politeness and a smile. Amazing range of fresh juices Would not hesitate to return. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Brand new rooms, modernly decorated with city views and functional ac's. Breakfast offered a wide selection although the breakfast room might be a bit small when busy. Residence close to stadium by walk so ideal if attending a match or concert. Other than that it's well connected to the city by public transport nearby.

갹실 내부가 상당히 청결합니다. 어매니티도 깨알같이 슬리퍼 등 개인별로 상당히 많이 챙겨주고요. 방이나 욕실 모두 너무 깨끗합니다. 무료 물과 애플주스도 있고, 커피머신도 있습니다. 직원도 상당히 친절했고, 올드타은 근처로 관광하기 상당히 편했습니다. 특히, 침구가 편해서 숙면했네요. 유일한 단점은 호텔 찾아가는데 바닥이 울퉁불퉁 했는데, 공항으로 돌아갈때는 에스컬레이터 및 경사로로 쉽게 갔네요. (에스컬레이터는 왕궁 앞 맥노날드 옆에 있음)

Chose this hotel again after I had to travel with an injured foot, because I couldn't think of a more perfect place for me. It has a free shuttle from the airport; nice girls at the reception speak multiple languages; the rooms are very clean, everything is new and modern, and the best of all - the beds are extremely comfortable! The restaurant had minimal service this time because it was Easter (my fault for not looking it up, but I also wish the hotel would put a note about things like that on their website). But I was quite happy with what they offered anyway. No complaints there. Plus, they make great coffee at the reception! I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and I was accommodated wonderfully. They ordered me a taxi and it arrived on time. Perfect trip in every way.

Apartament bardzo mnie rozczarował. Z braku pokoi w innym standardzie dostaliśmy Junior Siut. Generalne wrażenie robi dobre. To nowa inwestycja, więc w pokojach jest jeszcze schludnie i czysto. Większość mebli jest kompletnie niefunkcjonalna, lodówka pod piekarnikiem (?!) za stołem, sprawiała, że koszmarnie się z niej korzystało. Składana kanpa, która rozjeżdżała się po złożeniu, kiedy się na nien siedziało. Do tego ze skrzynią, w ktotej zmieściła się tylko jedna poduszka i prześcieradło. Koszmarny wielki kloc - stolik kawowy - którego przesuwanie do rozłożenia kanapy wymagało 3 osób. Brak lampki i kontaktów w okolicy kanapy. Zakładając, że jest to także miejsce do spania, fatalnie zaprojektowany pokój. Zestaw do parzenia kawy/herbaty na 3 dni pobytu dla 3 osób zawiera 2 zielone herbaty, 2 jednorazowe cukry i 2 saszetki rozpuszczalnej kawy. Wyposażenie w aneksie kuchennym: 3 łyżki na krzyż, obdrapana z teflonu mała patelnia i jeden mały już ztępiony nożyk. Oczywiście tależe kubki też były, w ilości 3 sztuki. Jeden malutki worek na śmieci! Zero ręczników papierowych czy jakiejś ściereczki w kuchni. Apartament z aneskem? To jakis żart, bywała w apartamentach i zawsze była w nich kawa, herbata, sól, pieprz, cukier itd. Bo to apartamenty z aneksem!!! Szumnie zwany zestaw kosmetyków, to tani żel pod prysznic w zbiorczym dozowniku. Oczywiście sprzątanie w pokojach dodatkowo płatne. Nic wcześniej spałam w Mecure i pokoj w tej samej cenie to niebo a ziemia. Na domiar złego o 7:00 zerwał nas na nogi alarm ewakuacyjny. O tym, że w zasadzie po chwili wiadomo było, że to fałszywy alarm dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero po tym jak opuscilismy budynek i po odczulaniu chwili udaliśmy się do recepcji, w której jakby nic się nie stało. Z okna widok na ścianę bloku z balkonami, zero prywatności, no ale wiedziałam jaki hotel wybieram. No i to pozycjonowanie się na lokalizację w centrum... Chyba obrzeża centrum Warszawy. Może dla Warszawiaków to centrum, ale dla gości hotelowych niekoniecznie. Całość troszkę nadrabia całkiem miła obsługa.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Visite conférence + deux repas du 18/05/22 au 19/05/22, Je n'ai pas testé les chambres en tant que telles. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, pas trop loin de la rocade, loin du centre mais sans trop de soucis pour y accéder et prêt d'une gare. L'accueil est plutôt correct mais les hôtesses ont un peu de mal avec l'anglais. Elles ont toutefois réalisées ce qui étaient demandé : réservation de taxi. Les espaces d'accueil sont pas mal, grande salle de conférence un peu vieillotte. Salle de repas à côté plus spacieuse. Les deux repas étaient servis en self dans la salle de repas avec une nourriture bonne sans plus, souvent froide car sur réchaud. Rien de bien transcendant toutefois... En conclusion : pas si mal mais la nourriture mériterait pour le self un peu plus de raffinement pour le lieu.
