Hotel berhampiran Pałac Staszica, Warsaw

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

The hotel is very comfortable, with good views and facilities. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. The service staff has a good attitude and smiles.

The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

---- SCAM ALERT ------ As airline crew I stay at 60 + hotels a year And I will advis you to stay away from Platinum Residence if in Warsaw. The charged our account without notice. Reason : some make-up on towels No information at all.. just withdrawal the money for your account. The could write anytime to us via the booking information... But nothing... The just withdrawal you money😨😨 As a traveller I strongly advis you to find another place when in Warsaw in Poland. ----SCAM ALERT !!!---

Świetna lokalizacja, pokoje mają wszystko co jest potrzebne, jest czysto, hotel wymaga drobnego remontu - przykładowo w naszym pokoju słuchawka prysznicowa przeciekała a przy słabym ciśnieniu wody prysznic zajmował sporo czasu, telewizor w pokoju wisiał krzywo i na pilocie nie wszystkie przyciski działały, ale poza tym było idealnie 😊

I booked the brand-new Agora room, and it was amazing. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the room was clean and tidy. The online check-in option is amazing, the receptionists are really kind and helpful. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't have any problem with the traffic. Also, the hotel is located just the starting point of the huge skyscrapers. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast were also really good, I think it worth the price of it.

Had a great stay. Location is perfect, various number of restraunts nearby and great transport connection. Apartment was clean, warm and very comfortable. Easy and fast check-in with friendly and helpful staff. I was also able to leave my bag in their office until my evening train, which was very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again when traveling to Warsaw alone or with someone

Cleanliness and order every day, the presence of a hair dryer in the shower, comfortable and high-quality gel / shampoo in the shower and soap in the toilet, high-quality toilet paper. Hotel is in quiet street, with good public transportation to city center. We had so called Superior room, it was very clean, with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Soap and shampoo in refillable bottles, ok towels (could be nicer). None soap bars or lotions. Little fridge (ours barely worked), microwave, tea kettle, no coffee maker. Tea bags and instant coffee in the room as well as basic dishes. Water bottles in the room as well. AC works great. Very good breakfast, staff overseeing breakfast room does not like to smile but cleans tables efficiently and quickly. We wish there was access to NETFLIX (using our own account), TV service is very poor, not much beyond bunch of TVP channels, Polsat, basic TVN - No TVN 24. Not much to do in hotel at night since there is no restaurant or bar and again TV programing is poor. I am not sure if I would choose this hotel again because of tv choices and maybe lack of restaurant.

Nice location, only 15 mins driving from downtown. Big free parking space. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. Nice breakfast and restaurant in general. Good and clean gym and sauna, with toilets and showers. The room looked like a little studio apartment😊 We had kitchen with a sink, stove and a fridge and they give you all necessary kitchen stuff if you want to cook in the room. The bedroom was secluded from the rest of the area with the wall, which I liked a lot. We had a huge balcony as well. Unfortunately our stay was a little overshadowed with the alarm signal at 4 a.m. and we all were evacuated, luckily it was a false alarm. But it caused problems with the AC in our room ( maybe it was an unfortunate coincidence, I am not sure), the AC started to make terrible noise, like a drilling machine. It made the sleep impossible. The stuff couldn't do anything about it and they gave us another room, which looked way less fresh and clean, the carpet was very dirty, there was dust on the shelves, especially in the wardrobe, the bathroom was smaller, and the shower had a mold, the shower shelf was totally covered with rust. We were surprised that the hotel didnt offer us any discount or complimentaries because of such inconveniences. When we asked about the discount ourselves, they gave us only 4 dollars discount😃
