Excellent location. 3 minutes from the train to & from airport. 5 minutes from train station to other cities. Service is good, hotel is clean, breakfast is above average. Bed a little bit too soft for me. I will recommend this hotel for Warsaw!

The hotel is nice, good location with friendly staff. However they have very noisy party on Saturday night, I couldn’t sleep till the party ended at 2am By the way, don’t use the downstairs ATM, which transaction charge is super high!

Everything was great. The only complaint was that the receptionist seemed to have a bad day when we checked in. He came across as rude and unprofessional.

Very close to Warsaw central station. The room was very clean with nice interior. Breakfast was also satisfying.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

We had an excellent stay, Staff were kind and effiecient, location to central was excellent and we had great choice of food for breakfast. Room was spotless and comfortable !

Not bad for the price but the service was not that great even the simple requests will be hard to provide .

Great location! large nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Stuff was very kind and breakfast was amazing. I liked the hotel a lot and will definitely come back.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the hotel smells good. It takes about half an hour to walk into Old Town. There is a free bottle of drinking water for each person.
