Hotel berhampiran Uroczysko Las Górki Skierdowskie, Warsaw

My name is Andrea Barron, from Washington DC. I want to congratulate Castle Inn for the outstanding customer service I have received from the time I reserved a room on the phone until the day I left. I stayed here for 6 nights during my wonderful 12 day trip to Poland. Edyta, Magda, Amelia and Linda made me feel I was a VIP staying in a 5 star hotel. They helped me make train reservations, scheduled a covid test for me before flying home, gave me a heater to make sure I was warm, and did it all efficiently, professionally and with a big smile.  This was my first trip to Poland, where my Jewish grandparents and great- grandparents fled from over 100 years ago, escaping poverty and anti-Semitism. I loved my experience here and will definitely return, and a big reason is because of the Castle Inn staff.  My room was nice, breakfast was delicious and the location is superb, across from the Castle. But Edyta, Magda, Amelia and Linda are why I will come back to Warsaw and to this hotel. Already looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel it self are superb with delicate design. Those staff are all so kind and offer nice service. Especially just next to old town by walking 1 mins. Enjoy to stay here for the last two nights. If I got change to back to Warsaw. Def gonna stay here again.

Apartament bardzo mnie rozczarował. Z braku pokoi w innym standardzie dostaliśmy Junior Siut. Generalne wrażenie robi dobre. To nowa inwestycja, więc w pokojach jest jeszcze schludnie i czysto. Większość mebli jest kompletnie niefunkcjonalna, lodówka pod piekarnikiem (?!) za stołem, sprawiała, że koszmarnie się z niej korzystało. Składana kanpa, która rozjeżdżała się po złożeniu, kiedy się na nien siedziało. Do tego ze skrzynią, w ktotej zmieściła się tylko jedna poduszka i prześcieradło. Koszmarny wielki kloc - stolik kawowy - którego przesuwanie do rozłożenia kanapy wymagało 3 osób. Brak lampki i kontaktów w okolicy kanapy. Zakładając, że jest to także miejsce do spania, fatalnie zaprojektowany pokój. Zestaw do parzenia kawy/herbaty na 3 dni pobytu dla 3 osób zawiera 2 zielone herbaty, 2 jednorazowe cukry i 2 saszetki rozpuszczalnej kawy. Wyposażenie w aneksie kuchennym: 3 łyżki na krzyż, obdrapana z teflonu mała patelnia i jeden mały już ztępiony nożyk. Oczywiście tależe kubki też były, w ilości 3 sztuki. Jeden malutki worek na śmieci! Zero ręczników papierowych czy jakiejś ściereczki w kuchni. Apartament z aneskem? To jakis żart, bywała w apartamentach i zawsze była w nich kawa, herbata, sól, pieprz, cukier itd. Bo to apartamenty z aneksem!!! Szumnie zwany zestaw kosmetyków, to tani żel pod prysznic w zbiorczym dozowniku. Oczywiście sprzątanie w pokojach dodatkowo płatne. Nic wcześniej spałam w Mecure i pokoj w tej samej cenie to niebo a ziemia. Na domiar złego o 7:00 zerwał nas na nogi alarm ewakuacyjny. O tym, że w zasadzie po chwili wiadomo było, że to fałszywy alarm dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero po tym jak opuscilismy budynek i po odczulaniu chwili udaliśmy się do recepcji, w której jakby nic się nie stało. Z okna widok na ścianę bloku z balkonami, zero prywatności, no ale wiedziałam jaki hotel wybieram. No i to pozycjonowanie się na lokalizację w centrum... Chyba obrzeża centrum Warszawy. Może dla Warszawiaków to centrum, ale dla gości hotelowych niekoniecznie. Całość troszkę nadrabia całkiem miła obsługa.

Elevator closed slowly and that’s about all which was negative. Everything else is fine.

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

Hotel Campanille Warsaw is a decent option for those looking for affordable accommodation in the capital city of Poland. While the location is convenient and the staff is friendly, there are a few drawbacks that may impact your stay. One significant issue is the poor condition of the carpets in the rooms. The carpet in my room was noticeably worn out and stained, which gave the room a shabby and unkempt appearance. This was quite disappointing and made me question the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. On a more positive note, the room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there was a small desk area for working. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast, which was satisfactory in terms of variety and quality. Overall, Hotel Campanille Warsaw is a budget-friendly option that may be suitable for a short stay. However, potential guests should be aware of the issues with the carpets and be prepared for a somewhat basic and dated accommodation experience

Old hotel but still keeps high standards. Rooms big enough and clean but there is no electricity socket close to bed. Which is inconvenient. Pro for women: Rituals cosmetics in the room.:) Breakfast was ok, but there was no one at the egg station for almost half an hour and i couldnt order my eggs as i had to leave already.

They give me room for disabled persons, but it’s not a problem. The problem was in the bathroom, especially in the mirror, which was hung very low, so I had to lean low to shave my face. also the staff is not quite professional, I asked to call a taxi in the morning. They said they will call. after 20 minutes of waiting, I approached and asked where is the car? to which they told me: they can’t find a taxi. That is, if I had not asked, I would have stood waiting for a taxi. a bit disappointed with the service this time. I won't stay in this hotel again.

Безумная благодарность отелю и всему персоналу!!! Так уж сложились обстоятельства, что отель стал на 3 месяца нашим домом и мы семьей безумно благодарны всему персоналу отеля за спокойствие, гуманность, прием и радушие! Мы принесли вам немало хлопот и хаоса своим визитом с Украины (февраль и март были особенными для нас месяцами), мы это знаем и осознаем. Руководство отеля и весь персонал стали нам близкими людьми🙏🙏🙏. Благодарим вас за заботу и внимание, за чистые номера и чистые постели, за вкусную и разнообразную еду, знаем, что вы для нас очень старались, чего только стоит Пасха и украинские блюда на Рождество💙💛, мы этого никогда не забудем! Благодарим за наших детей, за терпение и заботу, за детскую комнату с игрушками и внимание к нашим детям! Рекомендую отель, теперь я знаю, где остановлюсь в Варшаве с семьёй, во время моего туристического визита🙌

Nice location, only 15 mins driving from downtown. Big free parking space. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. Nice breakfast and restaurant in general. Good and clean gym and sauna, with toilets and showers. The room looked like a little studio apartment😊 We had kitchen with a sink, stove and a fridge and they give you all necessary kitchen stuff if you want to cook in the room. The bedroom was secluded from the rest of the area with the wall, which I liked a lot. We had a huge balcony as well. Unfortunately our stay was a little overshadowed with the alarm signal at 4 a.m. and we all were evacuated, luckily it was a false alarm. But it caused problems with the AC in our room ( maybe it was an unfortunate coincidence, I am not sure), the AC started to make terrible noise, like a drilling machine. It made the sleep impossible. The stuff couldn't do anything about it and they gave us another room, which looked way less fresh and clean, the carpet was very dirty, there was dust on the shelves, especially in the wardrobe, the bathroom was smaller, and the shower had a mold, the shower shelf was totally covered with rust. We were surprised that the hotel didnt offer us any discount or complimentaries because of such inconveniences. When we asked about the discount ourselves, they gave us only 4 dollars discount😃
