Easy to reach the Warsaw Staidum station and many choices of food delivery. The room is clean and yes, staffs are friendly but the restaurant didn't provide room service.

I travel A LOT and stay in all sorts of accommodation from 2 to 5 stars, but it has been literally decades since I experienced an attitude as crass as I have found in Tulip Warsaw Targowa. It was my first time staying in a property of the Tulip group, and it was a huge turn off - literally within 30 minutes of checking in with my family, I was looking to move somewhere else (alas, I had made the big mistake of prepaying for the week). The front desk staff is just a total disaster. If there is a failure of any kind (especially of their doing), prepare to be met with a defiant attitude and a barrage of excuses why it can't and won't be addressed, delivered in a robotic manner. Indifference, lack of care, and total unwillingness to be of service (or even apply basic common sense) is what awaits you if you stay there. In particular, the front desk manager (Ms D.) is an exceptionally rude person, who has no business being in hospitality and gives the impression of having transferred from a public administration without receiving any training whatsoever. I'm not sure the Tulip group realizes what damage such people do to their brand. I tried to explain the concept of customer satisfaction and their duty of care, but quickly left it, as I might as well have been speaking Martian. If, like me, you are someone for whom service matters, think carefully before making a booking here. Concerning the facilities themselves, they are new and clean, but you can feel no particular thought has been put into guest experience. If you are going to offer an apparthotel and your slogan is "welcome home", at least try to provide a modicum of equipment. In this case, the kitchen equipment starts and finishes at a 15 cm pan and a medium sized pot. Not even basics like a corkscrew, bottle opener or wine glasses are provided. Very poor. There is a A/C unit but it's oriented towards the living area. The sleeping area therefore gets no air whatsoever, which makes it boiling hot and uncomfortable in the summer months. I reported a broken lighting fixture upon checking in, was told it would be repaired the next working day, but nothing happened. All in all, although the place looks modern and even vaguely "trendy", the vibe is hostile and I cannot under any circumstance recommend it until they replace the entire front desk with people who understand their job and industry. In the meantime, please reward a more deserving place, of which many have opened in Praga in recent years.

The WORST HOTEL EVER. They left me at 11pm at night without a room. At 8.00 am I was at the hotel, confirmed my reservation, left the car in the hotel parking lot and went to the conference. At 11pm I got back to the hotel and was informed that my booking had been canceled and there was no room for me. The reception sent me an SMS with this information at 9am. How can you do that? What if I came back drunk and I couldn't even take the car? Or he came back at 2:00 am from the conference? Should I sleep under the bridge? What is this?! I advise against this hotel to everyone, unless you want to sleep under the bridge as the hotel overbooks itself.

Great place to stay, we really loved it. Friendly staff and very great breakfast with local dishes. Walking distance to old town for people, who love to walk. Wifi works as expected and better than most wifis in hotels. Modern and clean rooms.

Brand new rooms, modernly decorated with city views and functional ac's. Breakfast offered a wide selection although the breakfast room might be a bit small when busy. Residence close to stadium by walk so ideal if attending a match or concert. Other than that it's well connected to the city by public transport nearby.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for 4 nights in April 2022. I booked 5 rooms and entered the details of a lead person in each room. Check-in was very smooth and the hotel honoured requests for twin beds where possible. I wanted to review as there are a few things that could help future travellers. There's a good lift to the rooms located just outside reception. I stayed on the first floor and the traffic noise was quite loud - this is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review. Some rooms have a balcony, so it's a good idea to request one, but this may lead to being near the road. Friends on the 5th floor didn't have an issue so it might not be an issue higher up. I paid for breakfast one day which was 45 zloty - about £8 UK money which isn't bad but it's clearly more expensive than elsewhere like in most hotels. Breakfast is nice but probably not great value for money. There are convenience stores over the road and a larger supermarket 300m away across the road on the left as you exit. Public transport serves the hotel well with trams, metro and buses very close, and the transport system in Warsaw is outstanding. I had a hire car and it's worth knowing that Warsaw's paid parking system does *not* apply outside the hotel. Park your car considerately at 45 degrees on any of the spaces. If you're a stranger to Poland, it's fine to park on what appears to be a paved area as long as you don't obstruct pedestrians. But if you arrive at a nearby airport, you fs you are desperate. East Warsaw is more residential, so it's best to head across one of the bridges to west of the river to experience the city which as above is easy using public transport. Hotel WiFi was fairly hit and miss with poor coverage in my room. Others might be luckier but I couldn't hold down the signal. The rooms are well-equipped, spotless and modern with flat-screen TVs, comfortable but fairly small double beds with separate linen for each person. Showers are excellent - always hot and a great pressure. There'as always a member of staff with good English to help with any situation and the staff didn't complain when we sat in reception relaxing with drink purchased outside the hotel which was a nice touch. The rooms seem to be made up randomly - some days they weren't others they were, but it's available on request if needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Warsaw. The noise is a bit of a problem but typical of any stay in a capital city.

Positive: it is new, it is equipped in a comfortable covered parking in a good price. Negative: The apartment is noisy: devices in the room (ventilators going on all the time, fridge waking you up ar night when it starts to work), neighbours and lift outside (no silencing doors and walls). The room was not cleaned on the 2nd day and nobody informed me at the check in it was possible only on request... I forgot my toothbrush and it was available on payment (uncommon in the Accor or Starwoods hotels). Small bed (I couldn't imagine it would be fine for 2 person) with 2 narrow duvets instead of a large on. To be avoided...

Habitación muy amplia, se nota que es nuevo porque estaba todo perfecto. La única pega es que se escucha el tren por la mañana pero tampoco diría que ha sido un problema . El desayuno muy bien, muy completo.

Отличный современный отель со свежайшим ремонтом(впечатление, что в номере никто не жил). Просторная комната-студио с кухней со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, отличный ремонт, удобная кровать с суперподушкой.

Conosco molto bene Varsavia ma non avevo mai alloggiato in questa zona. Il quartiere è molto trafficato e collegato ottimamente con il centro grazie alla capillare distribuzione dei mezzi pubblici (ma questo vale per tutta la città). La fermata del tram è proprio davanti all'ingresso. L'hotel è di recente costruzione, le camere sono nuove, confortevoli e silenziose. Il letto comodo, abbiamo dormito bene. Ottima anche la pulizia. Anche la colazione ci ha soddisfatto, curata nei dettagli e nella qualità dei prodotti offerti. Il parcheggio sotterraneo, a pagamento, è molto comodo ma non ci sono indicazioni per raggiungerlo (è esattamente dalla parte opposta rispetto all'ingresso principale). L'interno della struttura è un pochino labirintico.
