Basic service, wifi and AC. Decent location near Union Market, walkable to Metro Station. No frills.

It’s okay if you just need somewhere to crash for a couple of nights if you are not too fussy. I booked here because I was on a low budget and wanted to get out of a shared hostel and glad I did. It’s cleanliness is not good… there was hair still in the bath and a dead bug, saw some cockroaches too. Also the rooms do not have a microwave or a means or boiling water which makes things difficult if you are on a tight budget.

我訂了三個晚上的房間，衹住了一夜就離開了，我被蜱蟲和蝨子咬了，我們在床上發現一衹蜱蟲，捏死時它全是血，還發現另一衹的屍體躺在我床上，我的臉和腰部有兩個蜱蟲咬過紅腫的硬包，很大，我的胳膊，腿，腳踝多處出現紅疹，奇癢，我崩潰了，去看醫生，附近的診所不接待，説需要預約，我跟酒店溝通説我要提前退房，他們同意了，主動説退我房費，但是我跟攜程溝通了兩天了，攜程説他們的合作伙伴******* 無法聯繫上酒店，遲遲不給我退錢，我已經回到酒店反覆確認是否退錢，酒店説一天之內肯定能退給******* ，但是我兩天了，還沒得到攜程肯定的答覆，非常糟糕的酒店，床單上全是煙頭燙破的痕跡，很臟

立地に関しては、近くにユニオンマーケットというところがあり、アジア系の料理が食べられる飲食店が集まっている場所があるので、ランチにオススメです。 そのほかにもレストランはいくつかあるので、良いと思います。 観光地にもそれほど離れていないのでコスパ重視の方はオススメです。

不錯，但地方有點遠，所以要走10分鐘才到MTR,附近是民居，所以尚安全，也有東西吃，真的算不錯！！！

I did not like that there was a large gap around the door and the door frame that I had to stuff bath towels in to stop the cold air from coming in and to reduce the outside noise. There was only soap available and no shampoo. Also there was no coffee machine or microwave. I had to go to the office to get a TV remote control since there was none in the room. The only good thing about me stay here was being able to park in front of my room.

Dont got to this place ask for extra tow and was told there was none on side i will never be coming back to this place

Need to wash curtains more often. Ours had blood stains and smelled too much like cigarette. Parking was free and felt safe despite the other guests being a bit loud. About 1 mile walk from the white house, and other attractions, conveniently located. Staff was friendly throughout our whole stay.

The staff was lovely, the room was a little dirty, dusty, and grimy. The area definitely wasn’t the best.. also it’s extremely loud.. between the people above us and the traffic we were up multiple times through the night. Wasn’t the worst stay i’ve ever had but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I visited the area.

I had to disinfect everything. The pillows did not have pillowcases. The bed was not good, and I did not get good sleep.

The receptionist did not find my reservation , have to wait too long for the room . there is no lobby or any place to sit down until you are waiting for the room to be cleaned ! we did not take a shower because we didn't think it was clean enough. the good thing was that we had only one night !!! at checking out on the invoice the reservation said my name exactly and the number also so I don't understand why he could not find it in a first place ! weird . so i would not recommend this place to anyone .

All of the surfaces were a bit sticky. There is only one set of towels and more could not be provided. There were small holes in the thin comforter. Our neighbor next door asked us for money. On the positive, the area around it is super cool and lively, there’s free parking and shockingly good coffee in the morning. Overall you get what you pay for and I feel this could’ve been $20 cheaper.

5am argument outside our room, crazy’s hanging out in the street. Guy at the desk pissed when I woke him up to check out. Door lock broken on door toilet hard to flush and ice mch broke down. Not a quiet place at all Guess I should expect this for the price.

The location was excellent. Front desk manager was friendly. But very limited amenities. Room was clean, and bed was clean and comfortable Price was reasonable compared to others in the area Would return if visiting DC again
