We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality and design of the room. Everything is very convenient and well-prepared. The furniture is good and new. There is a closet, drawers and a small coffee shop area where you can sit, drink coffee and relax while looking at the view. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom was very elegant and convenient with LED mirrors which are so great if you want to apply makeup on your special day. There were many towels as well with some basic toiletries. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is closed to many shops, supermarkets and public transportation. The hotel is very safe and clean.

For the price of this hotel, at more than $600 for one night, I was surprised to also have to pay $25 for parking. Also no slippers for guests. Location - proximity to Rogers Arena is why we booked and that was good. Just was expecting more for the price.

Good location but since hotel is under renovation, very noisy. Limited room amenities, no cleaning service unless request!

The room furniture is quite old ..need to upgrade and change the furniture

This is the first time we stayed at this property. The employee who checked us in was awesome. He was very friendly, and personable. He upgraded us to a larger room at no charge. He also waived the pet fee for our second pet, and gave us parking for free. I did not even have to ask for anything special. (he found out it was our 10th anniversary ) Loved the meal we had at Moxies. Best steak dinner I've had in some time. The room was comfortable. Loved the location of this property too. Will definitely stay at this property again.

walking distance to Rogers, restaurants and transit. First room had a foul smell but staff were very accommodating and moved us to a room that was great.

location is good. Room is very clean. We enjoy the time at the hotel. The only concern is the noise isolation. I can hear a couple arguing very loud cross from our room. It is a overall good experience.

Fire alarm ringed at the morning while we were asleep, called the front desk and no one answered. Other than that everything is good, friendly staff and clean room.

Great Hotel, confortable, washroom renew and clean, as well as very good price, located close to Roger Arena and BC place… highly recommended.

I was relying on the $25 a night parking at the underground hotel parking as this was stated on the website. When I checked in early before 4pm I was told there was no more parking on site and that I would need to go to the paid parking lots across the road. The offsite parking was going to cost me about $85 until check out time.

The "newly renovated" room had caulking coming away from the bottom of the shower that was full of mold. Hair in the shower, dirty glass and crusty things on the floor. It was dusty and stained carpet. There was only one small elevator running and it took forever. There was a frat party going on so it was noisy and no security to deal with it. Won't be back.
