I was staying at the Holiday Inn for a business trip. Overall, it was a good stay. I had one of the higher up corner rooms which had a fantastic view up the street and to the West so I got to see the sunset (07 room). I was in an accessible room so the bathroom was quite large and had a tub. Double queen with extra chair and ottoman and a tiny narrow desk that barely fit my laptop. There was a microwave, mini-fridge, safe that fit my laptop, and a k-cup coffee maker. I did not like the wardrobe as the space for hanging was very short meaning that my dresses and long clothes got folded up at the bottom, plus it was on the lower level (for accessibility I believe). Breakfast was included and had the standard variety (eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, etc.). I tried once but on other days we had breakfast at work. There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. It didn't bother me since I was up when it started (7 am) and the windows blocked enough of the noise so that it wasn't too bad. I noticed it a bit more in the afternoon when I was trying to work. The area is alright but it is fairly close to Chinatown (5-10 min walk) so I could see the need to be careful late at night if on your own. The staff was very friendly, somewhat to the point of being too friendly for New England me, but overall very nice and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and in working order - although it took me a bit to figure out the lights. Short walk to the National Gallery and Mall. About a 15-20 minute walk to Union Station.

老酒店，但兩張大床的套房真是非常舒服，有寬敞的客廳、書桌區、餐廳空間、陽台、玄關區，有可以出去的環繞陽台，可以想象幾十年前好酒店的形式感。戶外泳池在夏天很可愛。位置很棒！離動物園和非常幽靜美麗的Rock Creek Park 很近，Woodley Park一帶也有眾多餐廳，距離地鐵站走路5-10分鐘。性價比不錯！服務一般，不同班次的前台人員之間似乎彼此交班不夠通暢。中途給我們換了一個單床套房，房間小很多，沙發床的床墊實在有點爛沒法睡，有些太舊的傢具請及時更新一下吧！

The room was very clean and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was not the best, but for a continental breakfast, it was alright. It did its purpose and held us well until lunch time. The location was good. We were there for a graduation at Howard and the hotel was about 20 minutes from the University

酒店位置雖然已經出了華盛頓DC在馬里蘭州了，但是就在地鐵紅線Bethesde上蓋出了地鐵就到，去華盛頓市中心一部地鐵約半小時可達，交通十分便捷。從華盛頓羅納德里根機場也衹要換成一次地鐵就能到達。 酒店蠻大的，房間比較寬敞，設施也算蠻新的不太舊，周圍幾百米內餐廳、超市等也不少。 目前酒店早餐衹能選酒店一樓一角的星巴克，給餐券自選，三明治、小麪包、飲料各選一樣。酒店一樓還有莫爾頓牛排，還有其他餐廳外賣單子可以拿取叫外賣。

The server and the cleanliness is outstanding, is little far away from the capital where if u need to go White House, museum, etc is about 45min drive. The surrounding are is really nice food, bar and transportation. The restaurants in hostels is outstanding. We really enjoy our stay

Wow, a hotel that I've stayed at so many times over the years, has now gone to the dogs. I actually feel bad writing this review, but my hope is that someone at Hilton will read this and take action. I will keep this short. 1. bathroom toilet filled up with water and poop from the previous guest. Still in the toilet! (unbelievable-I took pictures). Had to have Maintanence come and plunge the toilet. The Maintanence guy did apologize for the ”mess!” 2. No toilet tissue. (were they not planning to rent the room out?) 3. Defective thermostat not working. Room freezing and AC will not turn off. (Maintanence came back and had to fix the problem at the HVAC unit itself. 4. No bath towels. Only small wash cloths. After calling the front desk, housekeeping brought towels and toilet tissue. 5. Overall unclean, dusty and worn out room. There was trash in one of the cans I guess from a previous guest. I didn't complain. I was just tired and vowed never to return again. And yes, I too am a Lifetime Diamond member. So sad.

The WaterMark was amazing!The room junior suite we reserved for 2 nights was clean, organized, spacious, had an abundance of towels and bathroom amenities were elegant! We had a full living room detached from master bedroom, and a full kitchen also!!! Priced just right for a 2 night stay. This property is 5 stars for sure! Restaurant, mini golf, star hill brewery, food trucks, big play field for kids and family fun All rolled into one great hotel! The staff from front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen were polite and professional and went above and beyond! The property is very sophisticated and full of technology and the security measures are top notch. You have to experience it if your traveling to Tysons area in Va. The capital one hall is amazing and conveniently located and accessible from the hotel. More than enough parking! We will be returning in October for another weekend!!!

We stayed overnight and enjoyed this very recently renovated hotel. It's bright, spacious, and welcoming. The modern decor is a bit minimalist but the bed, room appointments, and bath were all first-rate. And the price is reasonable. One minus: the bathroom has a motion-activated light; if you get up during the night to use the bathroom, the light comes on with blinding blindness that is disorienting and can make it difficult to get back to sleep.

I looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right. The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for.

LLiaPROS: Stood here for the weekend with my partner. Aesthetically, the hotel is super artsy, fun, and pleasing to the eye. The decor and appearance screams chic, quirky, and metropolitan. From the lobby, adorned with all manners of interesting books, odd trinkets, and colorful sculptures, to the cute, cozy outdoor sitting space filled with pretty greenery, I could not stop raving about this hotel the entire trip. The style of the rooms could very much be described as a European “take” on the well-known Japanese “Pod” style hotels. The rooms were concise (not cramped) and had a sleek, modern, and minimalistic style of furniture (desk with chair, bench, vanity w/sink, bed-frame with built in storage space). Think “IKEA meets stylish, retro Japanese pod hotel”. If that makes sense. LOL. Plus everything in the room is controlled using an iPad which I think it pretty flipping cool. SMART TV in the room, as well, meaning unlimited access to YouTube, Netflix, or pretty much anything that can stream from your phone/device which is perfect after a long day exploring the city. (You can also change the color of the mood lighting in the room via the IPad which provided my boyfriend and I with hours of entertainment pretending we were post apocalyptic humans trapped in some green-tinted “Twilight Zone” style alien bunker) Also, if you prefer a hard mattress, you will find the hotel bed very comfortable. During our time here, we had easy access to a LOT of good food. There’s 2 restaurants inside the hotel as well as a really great Middle Eastern restaurant directly across the street. (I approve of their falafel and roasted sweet potatoes. Very good). There are so many cultural and ethnic restaurants in the immediate area for those who are adventurous eaters. There’s even a pretty nice Trader Joe’s around 4 blocks away for stocking the hotel room with healthy snacks and beverages (a must). Plus Union Market is pretty close to the hotel. I wouldn’t miss it if I were you. Big hall with lots of food vendors and even a little shopping. Even if you aren’t looking to eat and just want to kill a little time, it’s still interesting to walk around and see the cool and unique foods they sell. Soak up the little local color. Overall, it was a totally unique and memorable hotel experience that was totally worth the cost. Well done. LF

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was spot on for our needs. We needed to be in Georgetown near the university and this was a 15 min walk away. Hotel was easy to find and in a safe,clean and very nice area. Hotel its self was great. Staff very welcoming, all amenities we needed, lounge area, bar, restaurant and a gym. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and very clean. With toiletries provided. Absolutely no complaints at all. If you need to be in the vicinity of Georgetown university this would make a good mid range choice.

JJunesdaughterWe chose the Hilton because of its location at DuPont Circle and proximity to the metro. It was perfect. Very clean and excellent service. We had a corner room with large windows and a nice view. We weren’t able to check in early and still have our chosen room but we left our luggage with the bell captain, parked and went off to explore on foot for awhile, taking the advice from a helpful front desk clerk for a nice place for lunch close by. Everything was close by. It worked out perfectly. The price of the hotel was excellent too which offset the cost of parking ($56/day) in the garage below where the car stayed for the whole trip. It was very easy to park and get back inside. The restaurants looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. There were just too many local choices and we were out walking most of the day. The bell captain was helpful in getting us a cab one cold evening when my Uber app was be working well. He went outside in the cold until he was able to hail one for us (comparable in price to the Uber we would’ve taken) Lovely stay. Highly recommend.

PPengguna TetamuThe first room had a very noisy fan. I was moved to another room which was much quieter. I noticed that there were several small issues with the room and relayed them to the front desk, where a manager (Keith) overheard me and said he would look into it. Nothing happened to correct it during the entire stay, not a note to say how or if it would be corrected. The issue was a ring of paint or epoxy in the bathtub, something that should have been cleaned up at the time of painting. The second issue was the very poor arrangement of lighting in the room. Lamps were confined to small areas, there was no overhead light and the bathroom was either overlit or underlit, while the closet area was dark unless it was daylight. Afterwards I noticed that there large holes in the sheer curtains in the room. Not tragic, but not in keeping with the tenor and tone of a Marriott Bonvoy. In the lobby there was only an ADA service elevator to go from the street to the lobby level. It was self operated, no instructions, no indication lights on either level and a bit noisy.

PPengguna TetamuMy experience was excellent A+ since I entered. The front desk service was perfect, the lobby area and bathrooms was clean and good smell. You can appreciate the surroundings and the architecture of the buildings and the state of conservation. My super spacious King bed room with a kitchenette and everything clean. Good breakfast. Good location near the places of interest to visit. If you like a quiet place to rest, this is the perfect place. It will be my favorite in the state.

PPengguna TetamuHotel stay was nice, easy check in, valet was not orginized safely and had us stopping in the middle of the road to get out and offload luggage. There was not a designated, safe area for valet to handle the vehicles. Elevator smelled like sweaty workers and had poor air circulation, the hall way smelt like ****(not always a bad thing, just not at that time and place), and the most disappointing thing was the horrible service upstairs at the ”resturaunt and bar.” Service was non-existent and they were not busy in the slightest, the music was all ”hard” rap music cursing that was not appropriate at that time considering there were still families present. My wife and I sat there for 30 minutes before I had to ask the bartender to make us a drink and I had to pay the bill at the hostess stand since our waiter never came at any point.

PPengguna TetamuI traveled to DC with my preteen and teenage sons for a basketball game. The property didn’t receive my reservation (booked through 3rd party) but the front desk staff took the time to make it right and get us set up. They had excellent customer service throughout our stay. This hotel was VERY clean. I was actually surprised because I use to stay here frequently about 10 years ago and expected some things to run down a bit. It turns out that the hotel is very modernized and looks just as good now as it did a decade ago. The location is perfect as it’s right in the middle of the NoMa neighborhood and it is right next to the NoMa/Gaulludet (Red Line) Metro station. There are a few small shops across the street and a 7 Eleven next door if you are looking for a quick bite. The room itself was comfortable. My youngest son and I slept soundly on the queen sized bed and my oldest slept on the couch. He was pretty comfortable without even folding the couch down. Overall, I will definitely book here again as I frequently visit DC. Fo how inexpensive this hotel is, the quality was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back.

JJaylynn NazimIvy City Hotel was very clean. Its right on a busy main road, but it is easily assessable, if that makes any sense. The room smelled like **** (its legal), but was easily covered up by a lit candle. It easy very calm all throughout the day/night , especially for DC and the characters that come and go. All in all, its a good place to lay your head when you stay.
