The first thing I noticed was the lady at check in was extremely surly, anyway I can deal with that, but that was her manner (unhelpful, short and offhand). I had not paid in advance for Breakfast, but was told I could purchase it in the morning from 0700 which is what I agreed to do. Next my evening meal was just about OK (a surf and turf), but I ordered and paid for a pudding which wasn’t available. So later the waitress came across and offered me an alternative which I took and she said the difference in price would be refunded (it wasn’t, but it was only a small amount so nothing I was too bothered about). Windows in my room were incredibly noisy and seemed to flap around with even the slightest puff of wind. My shower in the morning was initially warm, but in a very short period went cold. I wandered down for Breakfast just after 0700, the restaurant area was all locked up, no one around at all. I waited for over 30 mins, but no one arrived, this was extremely disappointing. Overall a very poor experience, very poor staff, very poor room, all in all horrible. Avoid at all costs.
