The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows .

Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit .

步入大堂，寬敞明亮的環境令人心曠神怡，空氣中瀰漫著淡淡清香。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住手續高效快捷，並細心介紹酒店設施和周邊景點，讓人倍感貼心。不足的是因為是自駕去，到了以後沒有工作人員引導停車，整個大廳就一個入住登記人員，距離五星的服務還是有很大差距。
入住海景房，推窗即見碧波蕩漾，海風輕拂。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約時尚，設施齊全。
這裏就要説一下酒店自助了。149海鮮自助暢吃，種類豐富，中西結合，食材新鮮。

春節帶着長者小孩來威海旅行，訂了套房。房間非常大，可以看到棧橋和海景，非常美。早餐也很豐富，管家還會每天發送當天天氣情況以及網紅景點路線，很貼心。酒店離火炬八街很近，退房的當天上午還去拍了照片。這次回去的飛機調整時間，比預期晚了一個小時，和酒店商量延遲退房，酒店也是二話不説給延遲到了3點，我們訂的車子是3點來接。這次旅程非常愉快！下次還會再來

環境：韓樂坊一角，離高鐵站也近，基本上位於沿海景點線的中點，交通比較方便。
服務：每晚有果盤，好評。
總結：性價比相當高的酒店，適合旅遊來住。酒店裡忘記拍照了哈，放一下這兩天看到的風景。

訂的風車海岸那種房型，在高層23樓，進門一看，哇哦這是什麼神仙視野，哈哈哈哈絕了！雖然玻璃有點小臟有點點礙事，但是不妨礙我拍日出日落和風車海岸雪景。清晨在樓層走廊兩端拍得很清楚這種事我會説？這種景觀，節假日這種價格…有一説一性價比無敵了（相較於在別處平時住個什麼景觀房海景房動輒一兩千而言）。自助餐和午市套餐的出品都還不錯，品種不算多，但菜做的挺好吃（尤其套餐），帶長者和我們一起出行，他們相當滿意。唯一需要提醒的是周邊的確沒有什麼配套，節假日外賣也是送不到的，不過對於和我們一樣租車自駕的遊客而言這都不是問題，美景當前，其他都可以忽略。總之發現威海是個非常靈的地方，此行的這家酒店最為滿意。

LLeeAnneThe location of this hotel is perfect for evening and morning walks along the coast. We particularly like the lighthouse lights and scenery. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed so had to eat out, even though we had booked a room with breakfast. There are eateries at the nearby mall.

PPengguna Tetamu先説服務吧，每個員工都很熱情，樓層服務員還專門給我們介紹了乳山，早餐還專門送了各位小餐點，很是可愛，對遊客真的很友好！
再説環境，傍晚到乳山的時候，周圍路燈都亮了，但酒店外圍還是黑的，讓我們一度懷疑是不是走錯了。到房間後，門框是壞的（忘記拍照了），聽説這裡是乳山市最好的酒店，估計是新人結婚叫門擠的，雖然不影響使用，但感官還是不太好，希望能儘快維修。枕頭套上有不知道是銹漬還是油漬，聯繫前台後隨時換了，但新換上的還是有，説明是整體問題了。希望布草能及時換新吧。

PPengguna Tetamu房間挺舒服的，可以隔着山大看到海，離國際海水浴場挺近的，從山大西門夜市慢慢走過去正舒服，酒店服務人員也很好，有事情麻煩基本都幫忙搞定了，早飯挺豐盛也挺好吃的（沒拍照沒辦法上傳）晚上自助也好吃

AAldiceGood place to rest. Hotel is new, clear and modern. Friendly staff. Most of them don't speak English, but they use translate app, so we can understand each other. The breakfast is varied, tasty, there is plenty to choose from. Restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.
Now about the difficulties.
If you have a laptop with a euro plug, take an adapter. All, absolutely all sockets in the room are Chinese. There are connectors USB and type C, the phone normally can be charged. Dear hotel staff, add in the description about sockets. For foreigners it may be important
Further - the restaurant closes very early, in the evening after 20.00 you need to go somewhere to eat. In the lobby there is a machine with noodles and drinks, but it does not suit me.
The location is such that it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest shop.
All in all a lovely place for a holiday. It is quiet and dark at night, sleeps very well. In the morning there are pheasants screaming in the woods opposite. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, I recommend this hotel

PPengguna Tetamu農曆新年前入住的，之前還在火炬八街和這裏猶豫，住完之後感歎幸虧沒選錯。酒店新裝修開業一週左右，這時間以前的評價可能沒太多參考意義了。因為我們旅途行程安排了在威海過年，除夕夜找頓年夜飯不容易，還好酒店位置很好，旁邊是最市中心的威高廣場，吃喝用沒有比這裏更便利的了。對面是幸福公園和海邊，走到觀景台那邊有很多海鷗。我們到的那天晚上就下雪了，如果是奔着雪來的，下雪後第二天早點來公園這邊，人少而且沒人走過的雪地太治癒了，就像童話世界裏麪一樣。有海有雪，天空還飄着雪花，太浪漫了。房間裝修很新，就像住進了剛收樓的新房子。裝修也上檔次，電動窗簾、智能馬桶、1.35m雙人床等等，在威海的酒店應該是數一數二的了。感受最深的是服務太好了，尤其是酒店的大堂經理，見我們除夕白天等了很久都打不到車出去，主動端水和拿零食給我們，還貼心詢問我們有什麼困難，知道情況後幫忙聯繫了他們業務往來的出租車公司，解決了我們的大問題。而且整個入住期間到離店，都沒有人索要好評。這個酒店是很推薦，如果説缺點的話，就是有一點點新裝修的味道，但影響不大。整體而言很滿意，如果下次來，還是會選擇這裏。

PPengguna Tetamu建議我朋友入住並預訂的這個酒店。本次衹説一個問題：朋友在海邊遊玩，想就近吃完午餐再回酒店退房，經徵詢本店～想（免費）延時2小時，那怕1小時也行，因為朋友吃完飯回酒店退房是順路又省時，本店婉拒（延時退房），説按酒店規定不行，正常就是12點退房。朋友衹得急匆匆趕回去先退房，之後再又往海邊趕（過去吃飯）。你連客人這麼點兒基本要求都不能滿足（行業內已有巨多酒店延遲到下午2點甚至3點退房），還開啥酒店？同時，經幾天觀察，酒店入住率不是太高。這些都不是前台員工素質高低問題，是管理層的問題，應該反思。（恕無圖片）

Worth staying here. The owner also helped me buying some medical things for my baby when I was in need. So I really appreciate her. You can go for it. If you come without a car very good even though if you have a car still, you can manage easily owner will help you parl the car. PPengguna Tetamu已經連續三年來到榮成入住同一家酒店～倪氏海泰大酒店。第一次是入夏前夕，自駕沿海邊境線G228，環繞膠東半島來到榮成，入住酒店的感覺不錯，酒店大堂與裝飾很大氣，有氣勢有韻味。客房寬敞明亮，早餐美味豐富，特別值得一提的是酒店瀛之湯，有泡湯，桑拿，巖鹽浴板，都能讓身心放鬆，安穩入眠。連續兩年冬季來看大鵝，都選擇住在這裏。特別幸運遇到了藍色飛揚，幫助預訂客房，幫助搬運行李，有求必應，服務周到專業，每天送水果和酸奶。客房服務也不錯，收拾整齊乾淨，每天送酸奶水果，臘八那天還送了兩碗香甜的臘八粥，賓至如歸，這次還在雪天送了一份“圍爐煮茶”到客房，暖心！推薦給朋友了，他們會相繼來榮成看天鵝，也選擇住在這裏。把美好體驗傳遞下去！
