"This hotel is a budget hotel, in a fairly good location... two blocks from the sea. The furnishings are simple; the beds rather hard, but the linens and towels are good. We stayed two nights. The front-desk staff are warm and helpful. I must say, though, that I was surprised that our beds were not made when the maid cleaned the room. Towels and toiletries Were replaced, and the room was cleaned, but the beds were left unmade. I booked this hotel because it offered an included breakfast. Every hotel I have booked through Trip.com, which included breakfast, had a buffet in a room of the hotel. This hotel, strangely, only had someone bring some steamed buns and soy milk to our room. This, and the cleaning-lack are the only two complaints I have. Otherwise the hotel was fine and fairly good value for the money."

"The location was perfect. Just right beside 韩乐坊。 my stay for 3 days was ok, although this is 4 star hotel, but the overall facilities didn’t maintain as 4 star. The lift have to wait pretty long even though there are 5 lifts available. Room was big, centralised Aircon took very long time to cool down the whole room."

"가성비 생각하면 괜찮지만 예민한 분들이라면 방마다 컨디션이 달라 좀 더 신중하게 골라야 할 것 같아요. 사전에 담배 냄새 제거 요청을 했었지만 방에 담배냄새가 너무 많이 나서 카운터 연락 취했는데 (체크인시 알려주는 위챗계정으로 연락해야 함) 전날 만실이었고 청소한지 얼마 되지 않아 그렇다며 환기하라고만 알려주시더라고요. 그래도 그 외 필요한 것 요청 시 바로 답변 오고 가져다 주셨어요. 체크인 카운터는 뭔가 텅텅 빈 사무실에 있고 아무도 안 계셔서 영업 안 하는 줄 알고 어쩌지 했는데 문 열어보니 열려있었고 소리듣고 다행히 직원분이 안에서 나오셨습니다. 실제 숙박하는 룸은 바로 옆의 다른 호텔 입구 및 엘레베이터를 타고 올라가는 고층룸이예요 카운터만 따로 분리되어 있는 상황~ 위치는 정말 좋아요! 동성로 야시장이 저녁에 바로 앞에서 열리구요 이 동네 자체가 웨이하이 고대골목입니다~ 한국으로 친다면 한옥마을 느낌? 행복문과 위고광장 쇼핑몰도 모두 도보로 금방 닿는 거리라 위치만 본다면 추천할만합니다. 웨이하이 공항에서는 디디 택시 타셔도 되지만 20위안짜리 공항버스 타고 위고광장에서 내려 여기까지 걸어올 수도 있습니다."

This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. Kudos to Intercity Torch Eight Hotel team!! 谢谢你，赵子露经理,你的解决能力真的是太棒了！

I booked a room like the one shown in the picture for 2 nights. It stated that check-in was available after 2:00 PM. I arrived to check in after 2:00 PM, but when I called, the staff informed me that the room I had booked had already been given to someone else because they couldn’t reach me by phone. My phone number is a Thailand number, and I did not receive any missed calls from the staff at all. I did not cancel the booking, and I had only made the reservation one day before my stay because I saw that there was availability. The app no longer allowed me to request a refund, and they also refused to offer any discount. As a result, I had to stay in a different room that was completely different from the one shown in the pictures, because I didn’t want to waste time looking for a new place and ruin my travel plans. It was only on the second day that I was finally moved to the room I had originally booked. However, I did not receive any compensation at all. The staff also asked me to cancel the booking in the app and book directly with them instead, even though the app no longer allowed me to request a refund. Ps. I booked the white room shown in the picture, but on the first night I was given a different room with green walls like the one in the picture instead.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a washing machine, kettle, complimentary bottled water, and even laundry detergent pods. Our receptionist went the extra mile by bringing us cold bottles of water instead of room-temperature ones, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They also provided us a list of places to eat- using AI I created an image - I hope it can help future visitors. 🌸 I will highly recommend ‘JUST WAVE’ as a place to eat as well. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 703, and although the entrance can be a little tricky to find at first. The people in the building were incredibly kind and helped point us in the right direction. One of the highlights of our trip was hiring scooters from the shop just downstairs. It was such a fun adventure and the perfect way to explore Weihai! As a small suggestion, a full-length mirror in the room and a sign at the elevator entrance with the homestay’s name in English and “7th Floor” would make arrival even easier for international guests. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Receiving a beautiful Weihai souvenir when we checked out was the perfect finishing touch and showed how much you care about your guests. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Weihai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

帶小朋友一天房車兩天海景房。房車離主客房幾百米，從大堂辦完入住有電瓶車幫忙搬運行李到房車，房車就在海邊，走幾步就是沙灘，提供沙灘椅和小桌子，晚上坐在海邊很有露營的感覺，沙灘上遇到放煙花的小朋友，玩的很開心，也體驗室內空間利用到極致的感覺。第二天搬家遇到下雨，求救管家，管家直接開自己車來接，冒雨幫忙裝行李，特別感謝！海景大床房令人驚喜，房間佈局合理，衞生到位，設施齊全。推開門就能看見遼闊大海，海風宜人。服務貼心細緻，園區環境優美安靜，晨起可觀海上日出，休閑放鬆，旅途體驗感很好，值得推薦。有室內泳池、桑拿等，遇到下雨天也沒耽誤玩。
