"This hotel is a budget hotel, in a fairly good location... two blocks from the sea. The furnishings are simple; the beds rather hard, but the linens and towels are good.
We stayed two nights. The front-desk staff are warm and helpful. I must say, though, that I was surprised that our beds were not made when the maid cleaned the room. Towels and toiletries Were replaced, and the room was cleaned, but the beds were left unmade.
I booked this hotel because it offered an included breakfast. Every hotel I have booked through Trip.com, which included breakfast, had a buffet in a room of the hotel. This hotel, strangely, only had someone bring some steamed buns and soy milk to our room. This, and the cleaning-lack are the only two complaints I have. Otherwise the hotel was fine and fairly good value for the money."

"가성비 생각하면 괜찮지만 예민한 분들이라면 방마다 컨디션이 달라 좀 더 신중하게 골라야 할 것 같아요.
사전에 담배 냄새 제거 요청을 했었지만 방에 담배냄새가 너무 많이 나서 카운터 연락 취했는데 (체크인시 알려주는 위챗계정으로 연락해야 함) 전날 만실이었고 청소한지 얼마 되지 않아 그렇다며 환기하라고만 알려주시더라고요.
그래도 그 외 필요한 것 요청 시 바로 답변 오고 가져다 주셨어요.
체크인 카운터는 뭔가 텅텅 빈 사무실에 있고 아무도 안 계셔서 영업 안 하는 줄 알고 어쩌지 했는데 문 열어보니 열려있었고 소리듣고 다행히 직원분이 안에서 나오셨습니다.
실제 숙박하는 룸은 바로 옆의 다른 호텔 입구 및 엘레베이터를 타고 올라가는 고층룸이예요
카운터만 따로 분리되어 있는 상황~
위치는 정말 좋아요! 동성로 야시장이 저녁에 바로 앞에서 열리구요 이 동네 자체가 웨이하이 고대골목입니다~ 한국으로 친다면 한옥마을 느낌?
행복문과 위고광장 쇼핑몰도 모두 도보로 금방 닿는 거리라 위치만 본다면 추천할만합니다. 웨이하이 공항에서는 디디 택시 타셔도 되지만 20위안짜리 공항버스 타고 위고광장에서 내려 여기까지 걸어올 수도 있습니다."

Tiff YanThis is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service.
Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower.
Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower.
Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well!
I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaLokasi Cemerlang: Hotel yang telah lama bertapak ini mempunyai lokasi yang hebat, betul-betul di seberang jalan dari Weigao Plaza, dikelilingi oleh pelbagai pusat membeli-belah dan menawarkan kehidupan yang mudah. Pantai ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki.
Perkhidmatan Cemerlang: Pengurus lobi, Encik Fu, meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam. Beliau ramah dan ceria, membantu kami menemui restoran dan tarikan tempatan. Kakitangan pengemasan, Xiao Jiang, membersihkan dan mengemas bilik dengan teliti setiap hari, malah meninggalkan nota tulisan tangan. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu mesra dan prihatin; kami sentiasa disambut dengan senyuman mesra semasa kami naik dan turun tangga. Akhirnya, restoran di tingkat 6 sangat lazat! 😋
Hotel ini telah diubah suai, dengan reka bentuk yang bersih dan ringkas. Sebuah hotel yang sangat bagus.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a washing machine, kettle, complimentary bottled water, and even laundry detergent pods. Our receptionist went the extra mile by bringing us cold bottles of water instead of room-temperature ones, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
They also provided us a list of places to eat- using AI I created an image - I hope it can help future visitors. 🌸 I will highly recommend ‘JUST WAVE’ as a place to eat as well.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 703, and although the entrance can be a little tricky to find at first. The people in the building were incredibly kind and helped point us in the right direction.
One of the highlights of our trip was hiring scooters from the shop just downstairs. It was such a fun adventure and the perfect way to explore Weihai!
As a small suggestion, a full-length mirror in the room and a sign at the elevator entrance with the homestay’s name in English and “7th Floor” would make arrival even easier for international guests.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Receiving a beautiful Weihai souvenir when we checked out was the perfect finishing touch and showed how much you care about your guests. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Weihai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. Pengguna Tetamu訂的榻榻米房間，前台小姐姐説那個房間是一樓對着停車場的 ，免費升級到二樓的側海景房間，確實能躺在床上看布魯威斯，要躺平看才能看不到下面了一大塊停滿車的停車場；如果能再選擇一次的話，可能不會要二樓的房間，因為沒電梯到二樓，行李箱不應該帶大的；洗衣房要穿過停車場，晚上洗完澡黑燈瞎火的，又趕上下雨，還是不去了；樓下有個seven-eleven超市，價格很正常，一點都不像景區的超市，東西也很多，24小時的，很方便。房間帶小冰箱的，可以買了飲料冰着；四樓是個觀景平台，幾乎沒人上去；早餐78一位，9點半結束，真心沒啥吃的。打車去成山頭、動物園、那香海很方便。幾乎點不到什麼外賣，管家推薦了京東外賣，至少半夜還吃到了海腸撈飯。
