The good stuff Kids love this place. There is something for all ages and the water park is fresh and good quality. Several slides for all ages. Our kids are 4 and 7. The bad stuff Only thing is service is not the way it suppose to be at Grandmas rude, in water park rude and Osteria. To many people working that doesnt like the job. The hotel is quite expensive for the Quality of the rooms compared to Centre Parcs for example Het Meerdal where also waterland is included in the room rate. End with good stuff again We would like to go back. Huge plus for good parking facilities, can charge the car easy and also close to everything by foot.

Is it a 4 star hotel? I don't really know how they give out the stars, so maybe it is. However, the service was not. Our sink was broken in the room, so the drain water ran out under the sink down to the floor. It took them two days ro fix it. That was very unsatisfying. The room was quite big with a nice balcony. The room was to the north so we had the sun on our balcony most of the day, which was nice. However, the room had no air condition, so it was very warm in the evening. The breakfast buffet was very good with a huge selection that changed every day. The dinner buffet / 3 dish menu were not as good, but it was okay to the price. The hotel also has a swimming and spa area, which were also very good. Overall a good experince.

I think aftet all the good years stay we had then there comes bad experience , strange though At the check in every thing was fast late evening And then worst experience is the personal at water park are not happy faces and not happy for english speaking guets and easily got cheated by 3 hrs rule which says only in german until we paid ekstra 80 eur for 4 hrs , which came as big surprise. And more to it the peronal was behaving like collceting fine from us. Then wasted lot of time on information and water park to find out why we not been informed about 3 hrs rule, which they say all board say in greman you need to get a grip and understand, oh yes thats how you cheat customers I would rather wish you write in english clear rules so all can follow and not fall in to your trap . In total fiasko with time wasted around . Defintley not recommand go here for now at least .

Nice resort but a little worn down. The appartment was small but nice except for the heat in the bathroom. Even without heating it was extremely warm, as was the hallway. The wifi didn’t work throughout our stay. The supermarket was well stocked and prices were fine. The resort has a good array of restaurants and cafés, and we tried two. The first one - Heimisch - was a disappontment. One of the dishes had to be returned due to quality and the service was poor. The headwaitor looked and acted as if we were bothering him - even when we payed. Next day we had breakfast at The American Diner. Food was as could be expected and the service was nice and friendly.

Schon beim Ankommen durchströmt ein sinnlicher Duft den Wohnbereich. Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Eine sehr große und ebene Dusche hat uns begeistert! Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll, daß die Ferienanlage immer gut in Schuss gehalten wird. Fazit: Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Das Nordic Walking, was zur Gesundheitswoche dazu gehörte, hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ein großes Lob und Dank an unsere Trainerin Jennifer. Das Frühstück war super, auch das Buffet Abends war sehr lecker. Die Getränkepreise waren etwas hoch, aber es gibt ja auch einen EDEKA ;). Die Sonnenuntergänge sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren in einer Gruppe da, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen

Die weite, friedliche Dünenlandschaft vor der Türe ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir waren während des Baltic Soul Festivals hier im Strandhotel und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommen definitiv wieder!! …………………………………………..:::::

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wellnessangebot bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Wichtig: schon vor Reiseantritt buchen. Halbpension bietet ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet. Da ist bestimmt für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Buchen Sie nicht mit der Erwartung an vier Sterne. Unser Zimmer war ein echtes 80'er Modell inklusive versiftem Teppichboden, Ekel Dusche, marodem Balkon und Bett aus dem Lande Polyester. Trendfarbe Orange. Die ganze Anlage besticht durch überhöhte Preise. Das Subtropische Bad war in der Nebensaison bereits so voll, dass der Spaßfaktor Gen Null ging. Dafür extrem glatter Boden. Ein großer Teil des Personals spricht so gut wie kein Deutsch. Auch da, wo es sehr angenehm wäre wie z.B. beim Wellness. Dir Gegend lädt ein zum Spazieren gehen. Angesichts der Preise für Attraktionen eh der bessere Weg. Das Strandhotel hat aber den immensen Vorteil, dass die vielen anderen Gebäude den Lärm vom Truppenübungsplatz dämpfen. So kann Deutschland wieder Kriegstauglich werden. An die Artillerie gewöhnt man sich wenigsten am Strand. Es ist nicht alles schlecht und man kann sich eine gute Zeit machen - aber buchen Sie nicht mit den Erwartungen, die die Werbung weckt
