Very clean, good food and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking easy and food venues nearby for evening meal

I already explained in detail. It was not good experience I will not recommend to any of my friends atall

We loved staying here,we had a very good sleep,blackout curtains helped,very quite We will be back We would like to thank the breakfast staff (Vanessa) for helping us get things right 😃very polite helpful lady,we actually had more assistance from the kitchen end than we did from the front desk staff,maybe the front staff should fill you in a little more on the way to enter for breakfast,just a suggestion 😂

Booked for 3 nights. First room had a smell of rotten eggs so asked to be moved. 2nd room was better, then overnight realised the same smell was from the drains in the bathroom. Didn't realise the hotel was being used as emergency accommodation/social housing for people. Primary school age child wandering the corridor alone in the morning (in uniform). Lots of people smoking/vaping DIRECTLY outside the main door so you had no choice but to walk through it. Corridors smelt of weed/vaping. Car park was full of rubbish. Final night was ruined by some guy in the room opposite - 5am, he was swearing, shouting, banging doors, being abusive towards a woman. The police were called. Couldn't get back to sleep, felt uneasy from that point so packed our bags and left.

I stayed in my room more than I would have liked to as it was noisy and even an argument at breakfast time between staff and a family! Didn't feel comfortable. Didn't realise it was used for social housing I wouldn't have paid to stay here if I knew this!

Our stay was for one night. We checked early evening and there were no staff at desk. I had to wonder around to find someone. I saw two staff in the kitchen cooking something and approached them and was informed us someone will check us in. The staff were polite and gave us all the information. Breakfast was very good and the team took care of us very well.
