完全不能叫hotel，完全就是民宿，不喜歡

Very decent and perfect for the quick stop! Check in and check out were a bit slow and we did a bit of running around at the end trying to check out as we were not told we would be charged if we didn’t hand our keycards back (we left them in the room). Other than that, the place was perfect and cosy! Very comfy beds!

Secara keseluruhannya rasanya. Sebab utama adalah bahawa perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik, terutamanya tahap memasak di dapur hotel agak tinggi. Walau bagaimanapun, kemudahan hotel mempunyai banyak perincian yang perlu diperbaiki. Terutama tercermin di pintu bilik mandi dan pintu masuk bilik mandi akan bertarung, bilik mandi tidak mempunyai tab mandi, dll. Akan mengesyorkannya kepada rakan-rakan yang pergi ke Wellington untuk perniagaan.

Great location, very close to the city center with good dining options nearby. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and outdated. During check-in, we had to switch elevators on the 7th floor, due to maintenance, which was inconvenient as we had to walk up to the 9th floor. Disappointed our room was not the cleanest. And the pressure for the shower was very low. Shower over bath so very old. We went for Ed Sheeran concert so they doubled the price so for what we paid per night was way over the top but if you went at a time when nothing is on it’s a cheaper hotel. Staff were excellent thou very helpful. I would stay again but not pay the price we had to for concert. Full breakfast was complementary which was good location was great only 10 minute walk and you are down town.

It's an older hotel and the halls smell a little funky but that quickly fades. The rooms show some signs of wear but are clean and have all the things you need. The bed was clean and comfy. The dining room was cozy and inviting. There seemed to be a little confusion in the kitchen, I know places are short staffed, but the food that arrived I really enjoyed. It is close to lots of things, I was on foot for this trip. The value was good for the price and I would stay here again.

I was so impressed with the reception staff, who were friendly, accommodating and professional. Claudia and Ella went out of their way to help, and did it with a smile. Claudia met us to drop off a key for the car park, which was very thoughtful as my mother can't walk far these days. Our room is lovely, so central, modern and fresh. Great to just step out the door, and be so close to the shops and other activities...its just a hop skip and a jump from the cable car. Given the 5 star treatment we've received, I would definitely stay here again, when next visiting Wellington. I will also consider booking a Quay hotel when traveling around NZ. Very good price and location from the train station. Clean and simple

酒店剛剛重新裝修，酒店conceive的服務態度非常好，有老牌五星級酒店的風範。酒店位置好，到te papa步行方便。周圍就是lamb query.

What a fantastic accommodation and pleasant experience the Gilmer Apartment Hotel provided. My wife actually got ”homesick” when we left Wellington for a few days and was glad to be back at Gilmer with its comfortable bed and outstanding staff to welcome us. We stayed for two weeks in February 2023, then spent three weeks touring the South Island, then returned for two more weeks at Gilmer in March. The Gilmer Hotel is close to shops and accessible restaurants on and around Lambton Quay, and just a few blocks from the waterfront and its spectacular views. The super friendly manager Steffin and reception staff Antonia, Mya and Rachel were quick to recommend places to visit and restaurants at which to dine. They truly made our stay special. The housekeeping staff also were quite pleasant and helpful in times of need. My wife is confined to a wheelchair so we stayed in a large handicapped accessible room with a kingsize bed, plenty of room for her to maneuver around, and excellent hand rails at the shower and toilet so she could manage those activities on her own. One note of accessibility: the hotel is on a hill so it is a short 10 meters downhill from the car park to the hotel entrance. All things considered we will stay here on our next visit to Wellington and certainly will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Gilmer team.
