Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

Dear Sirs, The Awailou Resort Hotel was marvelous. We had a beautiful room with a view of the countryside. Even freshly washed fruit was on the coffee table. The hotel staff were kind and very accommodating for any of our needs. We attended the Friday night buffet which was excellent. The breakfast was also a delight. In the morning, I took a walk in the manicured gardens along the waterfront and across the stone bridge. One of our best hotel stays ever!

Overall, it was value for money. Executive lounge could be improved in terms of food quality being served and the overall ambience and service. Westin Wenzhou offers the best bird eyes view over the city and has sunrise and sunset peeking through the mountains on a clear sunny day.

沒想到温州市區竟然藏着這麼一間禪意滿滿的日式氛圍感酒店 鬧中取靜 低調的隱匿在小壩坊的河邊 酒店內還自帶餐廳和茶室 作為浙C一日staycation再好不過啦 定了一間日式風的loft閣樓 樓下是極簡風 樓上榻榻米 床墊特舒服！ 洗護居然還是Hermes 很好聞🛁 下午茶和早餐都很好吃 🍰🍵🍴 南瓜蛋糕有驚艷到我 茶室包廂的採光特別美 還會再來～

先説缺點. 免得以為是水軍. 1、浴室水壓稍微有點小. 但也可以接受. 提出問題後. 工作人員也很積極的給我調節水壓. 2、地理位置 不算很好，感覺應該不在市區中心位置. 好了. 要説優點咯！ 這性價比特高！！！ 首先入住前4天我分別入住了萬豪、希爾頓，對比下來， 雲悦這裏完虐他們. 1、房間wifi. 一房一個. 速度可想而知. 在洗手間都不會卡. 2、工作人員，從前台，到工程部，禮賓，都很好. 面帶微笑，有問必答. 推薦的餐廳也很有特色. 沒踩雷. 3、酒店很新，房間空間也很大，硬件設施很好.老公説住這裏都不想出去了. 如果不是行程安排.他説高低得住一個星期再走. 4、贈送的小甜品. 好吃不膩.貌似 是綠豆馬蹄爽. 5、雖然是大馬路邊的酒店，但隔音很好. 雙層玻璃，床上用品也是達標五星的水準，2晚都睡的很好. 爆贊👍👍👍. 希望越做越好，温州旅遊必選酒店！！！
