We booked a one-bedroom suite for our teenage son, my husband, and I. Upon getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the comforter open only to find lint and fuzz all over the bed linen. We called the front desk to see if the housekeeper could provide new bed linen. No one answered. So my husband went to the front desk and returned with a stack of bed linens. We changed linen. The sofa bed in the front room has obvious large stains at the base. The door to the coat closet has dried up spilled at the bottom half; either someone threw up or food sauce splashed, then was left there until dried up. I left a note for housekeeping so they can address it before the next guest check-in. The breakfast area was dirty, ran out of coffee, and food debris was on the floor, and attendance could not keep up. Thanks to the front desk personnel who stepped in to help. It was a chaos.
