Ulasan Santos Hotel

We stayed for two nights. The service at the front desk was good, but the room was a bit old. Fortunately, we were not visiting in the summer, otherwise it would have been extremely hot. There was no air conditioning in the room or it didn't work. The room was very dry and uncomfortable, but it was not hot. The water is sufficient and great for taking a bath

Check in Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out staff not friendly or helpful. Basic hotel. Close to MRT Station.

I recently enjoyed a stay at The Santos Hotel, which, despite its age, offers comfortable accommodations. Located in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to attractions, restaurants and transport. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, thanks to the friendly staff. While it may lack modern design, the hotel's comfort and convenience make it a good affordable choice for anyone visiting Tapei.

Friendly and helpful staffs. It was my second visit to this hotel. Very competitive at this price point with such convenient location and cleanliness.

Great place for family peaceful not to crowded with China guests. Friendly reception. Thank you so much. Will book again in the next visit

The hotel is good and we have complimentary a bottle of white wine. The only is due to big occasion so the price of hotel is very high demand and expensive.

I chose Santos hotel because all its rooms have windows. I got a regular sized hotel room with 2 twin beds, Location not in a busy part of town which is ok. . Hotel is not new but the room was clean, sheets and towels were pristine white. Generous with bottled water, coffee, tea in sachets. Staff were very helpful. Carpet can do with shampooing. Bedskirt needs to be replaced. A 5-10 min walk to the train station, very convenient. From the airport I took the bus, got off across the hotel and just walked short distance. Took bus going back to airport. Was able to go to bus stn via the train. Pics show view from my window and bus trip sched.They serve buffet meals. I would recommend this hotel for these reasons.

Nothing spectacular about the room but staff so helpful. We washed clothes free in basement. Bfast nice & we walked to all places to eat.

Great hotel close by a busy street. Staff was friendly and spoke adequate English.

Nice location with 7-11 and Starbucks nearby. Lots of eateries too. Hotel is super old and definitely need renovation. Wall is thin and not sound proof. Toilet has mouldy smell due to the shower curtain. Bed is super hard. Staffs are friendly though.

Not very clean and definitely not worth the price. The service is alright

Spacious, bathrooms is clean and well maintained. Furniture is a bit old.
