Subject: Formal Complaint – Front Desk Service and Room Noise. I am very disappointed with the service I have received during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, the noise coming from nearby rooms has made it extremely difficult for me to rest. I approached the front desk to request a room change, as the disturbance was unacceptable. However, the staff member at the desk was unhelpful and informed me that nothing could be done. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she did not make any effort to resolve my concerns or offer alternatives. I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. As a paying guest, I believe I deserve both a comfortable room and professional service from your staff. Unfortunately, I have experienced neither. Amazing location, right across from the beach. Awesome for those who don't have transportation. Lots of restaurants near by and a beautiful beach walk

Always a best place when I am in vancouver area

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities. The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00. I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

The location is nice as it’s very next to the ocean. The lighting in the room is quite dim and some of the towels could be cleaner. The room does not provide slippers and drinking water.

Good service except no water heater provided

We paid $289 incl. Taxes had to pay an extra $22 for parking which I wasn't aware of. Room was clean other than coke stains on the wall and water in the sink not draining very good. The view was a concrete wall of the next building. 🥴

A very romantic and atmospheric hotel in the town. It is close to the coast and there are many bars, cafes and restaurants downstairs. The owner was very polite and enthusiastic to introduce all the facilities of the hotel. However, the most distinctive seaside train during the day became a small trouble at night - the train warning sound. Everything else was great!

The room is very clean and feels like a dormitory. It is very quiet around here. It is the most cost-effective room I have ever stayed in. Although the room is a bit old, it does not feel old at all. Breakfast needs to be purchased separately from the restaurant downstairs. There is no water in the room, but there is a vending machine on the same floor. If you have a car, you can park at the door. In fact, no one will come to collect parking fees.

Very good, the room is very clean and warmly decorated. It is very convenient to go to the beach just across the road. The parking fee is not cheap, about $20…

Comfortable and clean, beautiful room

The hotel has just been renovated. The room is clean. There is a living room and a kitchen. An unexpected surprise. The living experience is very good.
