Ulasan Beach Club

哈密爾頓島比較高級的度假酒店，為兩層的那種臨海灘度假屋，在reef view hotel（高層）的對面。房間中規中矩不算很大，但面朝大海風景優美，酒店會有機場和碼頭接送，接送後有前台工作人員英語一對一講解入住事項。早餐為西式，可在樓下就餐或者在房間吃，為點餐制非常西式的早餐，量大管夠，早餐時間為早上六點到十點半。一層有一個室外的泳池（泡池）面朝大海，獨享一片沙灘。酒店離租高爾夫球車（buggy）的地方非常近，建議提前預訂buggy在熱門季節非常緊俏。總體來説酒店屬於哈密爾頓島上較為高級的一種酒店，入住體驗良好，但性價比較對面高層低，適合蜜月情侶，旅客中白人居多，亞洲人非常少。

1. 首先，價格應該是酒店非常貴的，正好趕上Australian Day，4晚2w人民幣，其實更推薦Reef View，性價比會更好一些。這個酒店就是臨海，下樓1分鐘，但跟Reef View共用沙灘和泳池。 2. 其次，這個島住2-3晚+就可以，沒得吃沒太多好玩的。尤其是早餐，是點餐制，各種雞蛋，最後實在沒啥可吃的了。 3. 酒店能看到各種袋鼠和鸚鵡，就是衞生間裏發現小強，還挺噁心的。 4. 酒店用的都是Aesop牌子洗護，及時補。酒店接送也都是很方便的。服務也挺好的，老公手機丟，在餐廳幫我們找到了！ 5. 總之，如果價格每晚在2000-3000人民幣可以考慮，超過就不是特別值。

サービス・料理・客室からのビューイング・プール全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。 Beach Clubのおかげで、最高のハネムーンになりました。 ユニーク且つ嬉しかったポイントとしてあげられるのは、客室にウォーターボトルが置いてあり、ロビーにあるウォーターサーバーでフリーで冷えた美味しいお水を入れ、プールサイドやビーチで飲めるというサービスです。宿泊される方はぜひ。

The exclusive beachfront and infinity pool can’t be best. Absolutely perfect location to relax and enjoy the Sun, sand and water (pool or beach). Service was excellent and friendly. On property restaurant was great for both breakfast (included) and dinner. And really no need for a car as the staff will drive you to nearby restaurants and to the harbor (where trips to the reef embark from) as well as pick up from and to the Hamilton Island airport. I recommend it highly.

Some of the staff are arrogant and lack professionalism. The place really lacks a service culture. Given the price point of the place one expects better. For example we asked for hot water which we had to repeatedly ask for and then when it finally came there was no cup or saucer!! On another occasion when delivering our breakfast the staff said “oh you must be very hungry”. And on checking the person never came back to tell us the room was ready - as he was supposed to etc. really lacking in proper service etiquette.

Wow. Amazing hotel, fantastic service and an incredible island resort. We simply couldn’t fault anything. Just first class from the minute you land at the airport to the minutes before you fly away again. Fantastic.

Level of service was second to none. Staff is incredibly polite , courteous and attentive. Views are outstanding. Amenities galore. Personal chauffeurs to anywhere anytime.Rooms are modern and well equipped and have stunning views. Exterior cladding requires some updating

The place to stay on HI. Amazing location right in the beach. Stunning pool. Great cocktails and brilliant staff. Will definitely stay here again if I come back. Highly, highly recommended!

First time ever to feel so special as a guest, from the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff looked after us and treated us nicely, the staff are friendly amenities are clean, staff are very nice and best thing is being an adult only hotel allows you to relax and unwind away from the noise of other hotels and beaches. Only down side was internet was not working at some times.
