Nothing special; very small room (clean but stained carpet). The only extras were free water and face tissues, but no shower cap, in-room tea/coffee or others. We declined the breakfast at 19 Euros and judging by other reviewers, were right to eat outside for half the price. However reasonably well situated near shopping area and seven or eight minute walk from the city sights. We wouldn't go again but Wiesbaden is an expensive city so choices are limited for mid-range hotels.

It was a pretty good hotel. The breakfast was decent and had plentiful options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for day trips from the train station. There was a shopping mall next door with restaurants, drug store, shopping and grocery stores open until 10pm most nights, except Sunday. There were a large amount of restaurants within walking distance or under 15 minutes, the local buses, a lot of them stopped in front of the Hauptbahnhof. So that method of transportation was also very easily used. The hotel was pretty clean, the showers were a decent size. They did have at least one English Channel of the television so I could watch the news at night.

We booked this hotel because our friends recommended it. Apparently, as they said the quality has plummeted down in comparison to their previous stays. Rooms are good size and very clean, beds comfy, the pillows, however, are old and lumpy, it’s time to replace them. I couldn’t get shower water temperature right, it was going from hot to cold without me changing the setting. A disappointing experience with the hotel air-conditioning system. We stayed on the days when the outside temperature was ranging +28+32C but the hotel already switched the system to winter mode and our room felt boiling and stuffy. We were kindly offered an upgrade and the new room was on a different side and slightly cooler but I heard other guests complaining to the hotel stuff about the same problem. I would like to thank the gentleman at the front desk, who moved us from 640 to room 345 on 18th August, I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name but I want to make the hotel management aware about his professionalism and patience that he demonstrated while dealing with our complaint. Breakfast was decent and tasty. Bar team is friendly, I had great hospitality experience, Merci to the Iranian bar manager Isa (sorry I am not sure how to spell the name). The hotel is walking distance from The Museum which I recommend to visit and the Old Town.

NO bellman, so if you are not fit ,or have some back issue or other medical issue, good luck unloading and loading your travel bags to the rooms. no close by parking, it is 10 minutes walk, i did not mind after I knew where it is. the trick is to know. the staff treat you like you already know and not that friendly explain. doing you a favour.hotel is clean, A/C is good. rooms are big compared to other places in europe. location is great in center of downtown and restaurant area. only two issues is bellman and parking. we never tried breakfast so no feed back

I just came back from my trip to Wiesbaden. Stayed at Premier Inn because of its great location close to concert location Schlachthof and the train station. Really close to the city centre too. What I liked: the room is well equipped, the team at the reception are friendly, the check in and out went really fast, no issues there. What I didn’t like: my towel had some really long black hairs on it which I noticed when I wanted to use it. Apart from that, the soap dispensers (both in the shower and outside at the bathroom sink) had mold/dirt on them (see attached photos). I slept really well there and like I said, the location is great. But I think hygiene should be one of a hotel’s top priorities so I’m only rating it with 3/5.

We have enjoyed this hotel several times over the years, specifically to attend the GO EAST Film Fest. Staff--to include the breakfast & cleaning personnel--are consistently super helpful & friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but the main advantage is the hotel's location in the city center. Disadvantages are the extremely tight underground parking & this time--unpleasant toilet smells!

Quality of the room surprised me. It was excellent albeit small but had everything & was well designed. Will happily visit again as it has parking & EV charging as well as good rooms. Not very animated atmosphere & no restaurant so you have to nip out for a meal however the breakfast was very good, far better than some 4 star hotels.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The location was idea near a shopping street with supermarket, shops, restaurants that are within walking distance. They would hold my large Amazon boxes for me and deliver to the room with no fuss. Would definitely recommend the Adina to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going the extra mile for our team.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Very Friendly staff, EXTREMELY accommodating, great breakfast buffet, and VERY clean rooms. Really happy with our stay. Also has a tiny corner in the lobby with a few activities for kids such as books, puzzles and blocks to play with. Underground parking available with an extra fee if desired.

The Oranien hotel in the Weisbaden was by far one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. There are a number of qualities I look for in a hotel after staying in them for more than 40 years. The Orion ticked all my boxes and in most cases surpassed my expectations. The property was exceptional clean and elegant. You had a good feeling throughout the property from the front desk, lobby, bar, event rooms, breakfast area, etc. The breakfast was a delight and very very good. The staff was exceptional. The front desk Manager Nicole and Assistant Eli were beyond friendly and informative. They always brightened your day with their friendly customer service. Andrea and Carmen worked tirelessly during the breakfast service. They also provided excellent service and warm caring smiles during breakfast service. You would also see the owner moving throughout the hotel making sure everything was up to its' highest standards.;

PPengguna TetamuDas Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, in der Nähe des Kongresszentrums und auch zur Innenstadt. Das Team ist äußerst motiviert und zuvorkommend. In dieser Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz erlebe ich das selten! Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen und die Dame, die zuständig war war ebenfalls sehr sehr freundlich! Das EZ war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und funktionell! Sauna vorhanden und Fitnessraum. Alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand!

The Nassauer Hof has always been my favorite hotel in Wiesbaden. I have stayed there many times over the past 14 years; however, I have not been to Wiesbaden since the pandemic. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of me being a prior guest. They told me that their system was updated and that all older customers had been dropped off if there had been no stay in 2-3 years. When I would come in previously, I would always be greeted by name and receive an automatic room upgrade; this time, it showed as a first visit. My room was warm when I arrived. I put the air conditioning up, and I thought it cooled down. But it was still warm. I was at the property for three nights. Finally, on the third night, I couldn't take it anymore and called down to the front desk. A housekeeping staff member came in and could tell it wasn't working; she reported to Frau Lopez, who came and said to me that It was not working and that they could transfer my room.I was still trying to figure out how they could do that, as the hotel could not give me the extra third night at the front desk, and I had to book the third night on the hotel's website (not a partner website). I was very hesitant, but she and Jannis Bamberg made it seamless. Jannis brought my bags packed to the storage area so that I could take only one bag to the checkout in the morning. The room was not comparable to the one I was in, but it was cooler. There was a smell of old smoke. My real question is why a housekeeping staff member did not notice this and report it to the front desk. Instead, I noticed they turned the thermostat to max. Frau Lopez said that would never work as it can only reach a specific temperature. Perhaps, some training needs to be done. On a positive note, the spa at Nassauer Hof was as delightful as always, maintaining its high standards and providing a relaxing experience. One issue that needs attention is the bees, which seemed to be out of control during my stay. They were particularly aggressive around the outdoor areas and even found their way inside the breakfast area. I suggested placing small fans on the tables to deter them, and I hope this advice will be considered. The entire experience could have been better, and it's time to update the bed linens; they have been the same for at least 14 years.

PPengguna TetamuThe AC will only run when you insert the room key first. So you might enter warm and sticky rooms since the windows open only a small slot. Positive is that the AC is seperately controlled for each room, the temperature are not preset by the hotel or limited to e.g. 20° and equally important blow even on the min. setting sufficiently strong to cool down the room unlike in many other hotel chains (e.g.NH). Most rooms during my stay were in a good condition, but some rooms need a fix up. The worst are those rooms with worn out mattresses, when I wake up in the middle of the night with back pains. Today’s room however tops it all since I noticed left to my pillow the label “Foot End”. Whoever designed the bathroom never took a shower in his design, because even being very careful holding the shower head in the hand and away from the open cabin end, was I able to keep the passage dry, when you leave the shower head in the fixture the complete passage is wet. A cheap wiper to dry the passage would help, since towels are for drying yourself and not the floor. Depending on which side your room faces you might hear guests talking and laughing outside. If you don’t park directly in front of the entrance you have to lift your trolley and carry on over several steps, when you park at the side.

PPengguna TetamuNettes drei Sterne Hotel,Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich habe nur den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer vermisst, was allerdings bei einem drei Sterne Hotel keine Pflicht ist.
Das Frühstück wirklich super ,alles mit Liebe hergestellt…..schone Auswahl…
Der Preis war mit knapp 60 € inklusive Frühstück top .

PPengguna TetamuIt's a fine hotel. Everything works as it's supposed to, the location is central, and the breakfast is pretty good. Check in and check were both quick and to the point. If you come across the hotel and note that it is a very cheap 4-starred hotel, you should note that they have a series of ”economy rooms” that are very small and explain the low prices. I didn't know because my travel agency didn't inform me. That said, the room - while small - still had everything it needed to.

I've read some of the previous reviews and they made me think. This hotel isn't pretending to be the Ritz. It is a classic German 3 star hotel and way up on the scale. The room was clean, beds extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond. As for the location, yes it may seem intimidating, but welcome to a 21st century European city. There is nothing intimidating, just people having a good time. There are a trillion restaurants within walking distance catering for every taste. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

PPengguna TetamuHotel sauber, Personal freundlich, Lage gut. Zimmer klein, Bad noch kleiner. Matratzen gut und fest. Wasserkocher (verstaubt und verkalkt) mit Tee und Kaffee gratis. Zimmer zum rhein mit Balkon. Klingt nach einer guten Idee, ist bei hitze in Wahrheit eine Katastrophe: die Sonne knallt hinein Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, Zimmer haben dann 30 grad und mehr. Offene Fenster bedeuten das feeling neben eine oft befahrenen Straße zu liegen inkl Abgasgeruch. Hotel hat winterbettdecken auf den Zimmern. Ventilator nur auf Anfrage (auch verstaubt). Meiner Meinung nach sind solche Zimmer im Sommer für den Preis nicht zu vermieten.
