The location is great. The room very clean. Just the bed needs upgrade, a bit uncomfortable.

Fair hotel, in a great location. Very beautiful historical building, but also very old building with rickety floors. However, it’s well kept, clean and staff was very pleasant. The interior of the building is very interestingly decorated, almost like a period museum. I’d stay again. 👌

一家黑店，無免費停車，卻宣傳有免費停車，無早餐，沒水喝，睡一覺後全身發癢，可能被蟲子咬了，衞生間小且遠，黑燈瞎火，晚上不敢上洗手間，房間很小，轉身都難，沒洗漱用品，30間房衹我們住，一直擔驚受怕！有所謂100多年歷史，設施老舊破爛！

Great historical hotel. It’s been renovated but still has the old time charm. Stayed one night on our road trip. Brittany, the manager, was great!

We loved having the opportunity to stay at this historic hotel. It'd been partially newly refurbished -- upgrades and light construction still underway as of 4-24 -- and the revitalized rooms were really lovely. You can tell the new owners put a lot of thought into comfort, style and amenities, not only in the rooms but also the second floor hallway/landing. The hotel is right on Williams' main street and very convenient to shopping, with several really good restaurants within one or two blocks. There's a very cool gallery featuring the works of local artisans next door, too. Our room was right at the top of the stairs, so we could easily hear what was happening in the lobby. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. We'll definitely stay again when our travels take us to Williams.

Spent one night here before boarding the train. We stayed in the carriage house. We have become used to modern amenities, such as television. We found no television in the room a very small bathroom and no towels. The staff brought towels right away while the room was small And antiquated. We found it somewhat charming. It was a very interesting stay. But I believe I need something a little bit more modern.

This hotel is wonderful! The history is so rich and is well preserved. The rooms are clean and updated with modern amenities while maintained a historic feel. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful! They really want it to feel like a home away from home and do a great job with making it a welcoming environment. They encourage guests to wander the halls and spend time in the common areas (lobby and amazing Victorian library). It is right in the middle of downtown Williams so it’s just a couple minutes walk to anything you want to see and do (including only a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canyon train). I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Absolutely loved it, if you're Even considering staying here, DO IT! Insanely beautiful and just the perfect hotel experience you could ask for. Calm, quiet, personal, and nothing about it is commercialized like other hotels from chains. It's almost like having a house to yourself. The area is perfect, it's right next to a wide array of stores, art galleries, restaurants, all without the chaos of a commercialized town. 10/10 there's not a single thing that could have been better.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The only thing wrong was there was no TV. We always fall asleep with the TV on and it was difficult without that noise. I've never had a hotel room with no TV. Other then that... Perfect!

A great property!.. was greeted by Brianna and she is such a treasure.. explained the history of the hotel and williams... pointed out the food food spots and watering holes... this beautiful old hotel is in the heart of williams and walkable to the attractions including the railroad station to the canyon... the owner told me they are doing ongoing upgrades..beer and wine available for purchase..fresh ground locally roasted coffee was an amazing start to my morning...looking forward to my next stay!!
