I will never stay at this hotel again I got stuck in the bathroom and they say it's was my fault I never got a call from anyone to see what happened I have PTSD and being stuck in the bathroom was not good for me at all my husband had to go to the front desk to get help I'm glad that I was not alone and he was there with me AND I HAVEN'T GET A CALL FROM ANYONE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THIS IS SAD IN MY BOOK I BEEN A MEMBER OF WYNDHAM FOR A LONG TIME AND IM NOT HAPPY

The rooms are beautiful. The food is amazing and based off my experience here I give this 5 stars. If you want to come please book now this is better than any hotel I have ever been/visited this is my opinion but if you’d like please book it’s really fun and the view is amazing!

The computer was down so we had to check in via text. When the desk agent was handed my phone he checked the 5 star rating and then denied it when we called him on it. The lack of cars in the parking lot should have been a clue, but we arrived at midnight and had been traveling since 2am and were exhausted. The lobby looked ok but we quickly discovered they are in the middle of a bad remodel! The elevator area smelled like exhaust. The room was dark and dirty. The bathroom was a nightmare and the undersized toilet seat was only fastened on one side. The new shower head was quickly overshadowed by the shower install. The shower flooded the small closet sized room. The newer electrical outlets were not compatible with AC/DC plugs and we didn’t have a converter. If we hadn’t have been so tired we would’ve left after stepping into the room. The photos we saw on the website are not from this hotel!

Believe the bad reviews and stay somewhere else. We travel a lot and it was honestly one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. I wouldn’t have minded if it was just a case of the furnishings being outdated, but it was dirty, so many things were broken, and there were safety hazards. Half the lights didn’t work, there were stains on the bedsheets, the water leaked out of the shower, the carpet was dirty, the heater had strong gas smells coming out of it when you first turn it on, the TV didn’t work. We stayed for three nights and they didn’t our room the whole time we were there. In the gym, half the weights were missing, the treadmill was broken and the they couldn’t even replace the exercise mat that had been used so much that it looked like tissue paper. The worst part was that like other reviewers, we also had issues with mice in our room and we opened our snacks, we discovered that the mouse had chewed through our bag of bread! The couple of bright spots were friendly front staff during the day, strong water pressure in the shower, and the breakfast was decent. With the rodent issues though, I’m not sure how the hotel is still operating and we will not be staying there again unless they do some serious renovation to fix these issues.

This hotel was below par. The elevator was filthy. There was a black rubber mat with debris which was not cleaned until after two days. I asked for a room as high as possible. When we stepped into the room on the 7th floor, we were appalled. This room looked worse than the cheapest motel room I've ever seen. We asked and got a room on the 5th floor. It looked decent with more furniture, at least a couch, a coffee table and a desk table. The room and the bed were comfortable. There was a TV on top of a dresser. The air conditioner worked fine. The microwave had an error code and did not work. I asked for a replacement which never arrived. There was a small coffee machine with one serving of coffee plus one decaf. I booked a King room for 2 people. The first time I've seen a bar of soap so small, that I thought it was for a doll house. The body wash was also in mini bottles which was not enough for 2 adults to use for 3 nights. There was no room service, so we ran out before day one was done. The small see through towels were an embarrassment for this type hotel. Made in India. India produces much better towels than these ones. The bathroom door was damaged. Apparently the room had been repainted some time ago without using masking tape. Two mornings, the complimentary breakfast was nothing more than cereal, mini bagels, apples, coffee and a choice of juices. On Saturday morning, when more people had checked in, there were suddenly scrambled eggs, not bad, sausages, not bad either and pancakes which looked and tasted like a cardboard disk. There was also an attempt of shredded potatoes. At some point during our stay, the hallway was filling up with large boxes containing furniture and new bathroom vanities. It turned out that our floor had become a construction zone. One conference room was also filled with boxes and junk. They left the curtains open so everyone could see the mess. I must mention that this hotel is improving their rooms. They'll probably look better in the future. Bring your own towels, soap, body wash and coffee.

Just wow. From the time we checked in we had concerns. When checking in my daughter wanted to buy Ramen from the counter. The person checking us in explained how to get b to the microwave which was down a hallway through a lobby. When i pointed out that we were on the 8th floor, they just nodded and said that's right but the whole hotel shares one microwave... The only bright spot was the proximity to Bush Gardens. Next time we'll drive 100 extra miles if we have to to avoid this place. Elevator sounds like it's about to fail. No wifi. Pool was empty with bags of trash stacked up beside it. Possibly blood stains on the lampshade in the room. No shelves at all in the bathroom/ shower. Shower had cracks in the tile. Alarm clock had holes in it. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Never felt safe while on the property.
