Unfortunately I severed a tendon during my stay and was in need of help to assess the damage before returning to the UK. They were uninterested and I felt they neglected any duty of care to me as a guest.It was easy of them to help out but they chose not to.

The River Crossing Lodge is a very good lodge, also very good at the start or end of the trip because of the good and quiet location near Windhoek. Very good service. Very good cuisine. Very clean with nice and convertible bungalows. Super quiet We would like to come again

River Crossing is a fantastic place to stay! The room you book is actually a little house with your own path and a little balcony. There is a a marvellos view over the hills. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, the food is gorgeous.

To stay with River Crossing Lodge was amazing. The rooms was excellent and clean and well prepared The view was the best and the staff stunning and helpful. The food was amazing and tasteful. Reception was friendly and helpful

A bit tricky to get there but a very pleasant place with an awesome view from the terrace. Friendly and welcoming staff Excellent breakfast with a very delicious homemade bread Spacious room with a little private terrace

Beautifully situated outside Windhoek but convenient to the airport. Great views over the countryside due to hill top location. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food is varied and excellent. The lodges are clean, well maintained and spacious with their own terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The views on the hotel deck are stunning and steak at dinner the best we’ve ever eaten! Perfect for those passing through from Windhoek.

I stayed at the River Crossing Lodge for a few days at the end of a two week trip. The rooms are very comfortable with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills. I spent most of the time relaxing on the porch of my chalet or the porch of the main lodge. I had the full board package and thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice Lodge with a friendly team, clean rooms with a scenicl view and the meals are delicious! We had a great Sundowner on the terrace overlooking Windhoek! We will come back! Hopefully see you soon!
