Hotel Windsor dengan Sarapan

Lovely hotel, right opposite the castle. Our room was lovely, it was a really good size. The bar and lobby though was vey cold and uninviting, could have done with the air conditioning being turned down, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The hotel room is clean, but window view is not so good. It is looking at parking space. Breakfast is nice, and restaurant looks luxury style. We are happy to have breakfast in this restaurant. Therefore, we came back have afternoon tea in the Leaf restaurant again. The kids tea set so unique, it is specially have fun for my child. We love it.

Sangat bagus, sangat indah, baik perkhidmatan, bilik besar, layak untuk dialami oleh semua orang, istana yang sangat bersejarah, lain kali saya akan memilih di sini, memandu ke pasar raya juga sangat mudah

We only had breakfast. The juice was just water by time I we wanted one. And it was not refilled. The sausage was also not good. Food kept running out and there was no one to monitor the stock. I was locked out twice the room and had to go to the reception to have the access key re activated. The room was okay.

Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)

Great sized room, well located and perfect for what we needed. Decor is good. No shared amenities and no onsite reception.
