This is a beautiful and clean hotel! E we’re actually disappointed that we didn’t get to spend more time in the room!

Staff extremely polite and helpful. Don’t realize how close to airport runway/taxi way during booking but could not hear planes from room. Updated, modern and clean. Pool on the small side but kids still enjoyed.

Good location, friendly staff. Negatives: they didn't tell you in advance that you have to call for pickup from the airport shuttle, or that they're t using their own Marriott shuttles. They use Laztran. Stood around waiting an extra half hour looking for the wrong shuttle.

The hotel is tired and needs some general repairs and updating. The corner of the mirror was cracked, the woodwork was beat up and only one side of the bed had a night able. The light over the bed had a switch that you had to get out of bed to shut off and the TV was placed in such a way that you couldn't really see it well from either the bed or the sofa. It's fine for a place to stay before an early flight from Bradley, but I think next time we'll try somewhere else.

Great place to stay near airport. Rooms are sizable and it is easy to park. Breakfast is good too. Very convenient for flying. Nice staff :)

Property was decent, staff was ok. Overall decent place to stay if you need to be somewhere for a night. Residue on appliances and bathroom!

Front desk was very helpful while checking in at midnight. Clean room and very comfortable.

Thin floors. Lots of noise. Illicit substance aroma permeated everywhere. But close to airport. Friendly shuttle.

This is the worst stay at this franchise. Reported loud guests to front desk and they ignored me.
