Went to Winnipeg for a birthday get together. The Mere was a perfect spot to stay. Was very clean, very friendly staff and close to places to eat. Would highly recommend this hotel. Sorry we only spent one night.

It’s a really modern kind of hotel, which is really nice. The one thing I didn’t care for was the large window wall in the bathroom. There is a blind that you can use but I’m not sure if they put it in backwards, because when the blind is down, you can still see in the bathroom, but if you’re in the bathroom and the blind is down you, cannot see out. It just feels awkward being in there with very very little privacy. Otherwise everything else was really nice.

We had a good stay. Anything extra costs extra, to include parking. Parking is very limited. Not sure how people would ever park if the hotel were to be full. From out of the country, so we did not realize we had to actually check-out. Had to give a lot of personal details to even check into an already booked hotel. I found that odd. it was very close to all of the touristy stuff.

We stayed here when our kids from out of town took over our condo. Short walk, beautiful river view. We would recommend it to our friends.

Nice hotel but if you're parking your own vehicle DO NOT stay here. The area is extremely vulnerable with many homeless people. How do I know? My car window was smashed and the hotel saw someone doing it but they did NOTHING, except to call me to go and look.

Lovely room facing the river. Walked to Kevin's Bistro for dinner. Close to the Forks, a great central location for the purpose of our visit. Second stay for us, will definitely stay again! A little on the pricy side.

You have to pay for parking, beds arent very comfortable for a new hotel, and the rooms are so dry i wake up with a headache and dry cough both times I've stayed here. The building/location is new and modern though. Looks pretty, is disappointing otherwise.
