Hotel Winter Haven dengan Kolam Renang

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We told them we would be coming back. I also had the opportunity to use the outdoor swimming pool, and lounge around with my wife. The pool and entire area was very clean and welcoming.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I enjoy staying at different properties across Hilton's portfolio. On a recent leisure Amtrak trip I decided to visit Winter Haven, and chose this property as it appeared relatively close to the station and nearby many chain restaurants. The walk between the station and the hotel looked to be a little dangerous, as there are no sidewalks on the road west of US 17. So I called Uber, and a short ride brought me to this hotel. I had checked in online the day before and chose my room, so I went directly there upon arrival using the Digital Key. The room was certainly ample for my needs and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and had good counter space. No issues with hot water. The area is a busy commercial district, and as such there was a lot of traffic making it difficult to cross the street when going to my dinner place of choice. Spring Break in Winter Haven? Breakfast in the morning was good and it tided me over until my next meal back on the Amtrak train later on. Since I had enough time and the weather was beautiful, I decided to risk walking carefully back to the station. My concern with the walk along R Street was not my biggest problem. It turned out that there was heavy intersection construction at Cypress Gardens Blvd. & US 17, and all sidewalks and crosswalks were technically closed. With a suitcase it wasn't easy dodging the cones but I made it. Should have sprung for the car service in this direction too. Overall I recommend this property and would stay there again.

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

Menghadap tembok Legoland, pengangkutannya mudah. Biliknya besar, tetapi sudah lama tidak berfungsi, bilik itu berbau apak. Kolam renang sangat besar. Selamat sarapan. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu berbeza-beza dari orang ke orang. Kakak sulung yang mendaftar masuk rata-rata, dan kakak perempuan yang mendaftar keluar sangat baik. Harganya hampir dengan orang ramai, jadi tidak ada apa-apa untuk mengeluh.

Hôtel tout récent, quelques petits détails à travailler de nouveau, que l’hôtel a vraiment très bien pris en compte. Malheureusement un voyageur avant nous a fait laver ses vêtements qui était je pense infesté de punaises de lit. Nous avons eu donc le malheur d’en avoir une dans nos vêtements. Mais sinon l’hôtel est vraiment parfait le meilleur hôtel de Winter Haven j’espère que les prix ne changeront pas 😅

My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.
