We really enjoyed the location as it is very close to the Autostadt and Outlet Center. The rooms are standard, nothing special, breakfast was good. The staff are ”Northern German friendly”, so don't expect any smiles or understanding for a customer. The tone is a bit too stiff for somebody working in the hospitality industry. We would however stay here again as the value for money is still very good.

The reception staff were very nice and attended to all my needs during my stay. The room design is well planned and with plenty powerp outlets. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pillows and comforter were perfect, just like being at home.

We just had a short stay here to visit Autostadt and Phaneo since we had earned a free night through Marriott. Arrival was great and easy - everything went smooth. Our Marriott Gold status was recognized and rewarded with the discretionary upgrade. Unlike most places, the pool was a lot larger than expected and heated to a comfortable temperature. What stood out was the quality of the service. It was friendly and professional, without being pretentious. The front desk staff was top-notch. One person, in particular, made our stay memorable: Frau Vogel-Villanueva. She was able to jump from German to English without problem, and she was able to accommodate our requests without missing a beat with a great attitude to go along with it. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is great, as it is in the middle of Autostadt, and entry is included with the stay at the Ritz. It is also easy to get to the other side of the river using a bridge that connects to the Autostadt, There are a number of restaurants and the Phaneo in comfortable walking distance. The Phaneo is highly recommended for families with kids - the most interactive science museum we have visited. One could easily spend 8 hours here. If there was something to correct would be that all restaurants in the hotel were booked out upon our arrival, which forced us to find alternate dining arrangements. In the future, an email or message notifying guest would be nice once restaurants are close to being fully booked. We were already tired from our travel and then had to go looking for dinner, which was less than ideal. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for 2-3 night stay for families, with one day at the Autostadt and a second day at the Phaneo + pool time.

Nous n'avons pas été prévenu que la piscine n'était pas disponible et nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour cela. Nous avons choisi la formule buffet à 24 € pour le repas du soir mais c'était décevant avec seulement 4 plats desséchés plus une seule sorte de dessert. Il y avait aussi un petit buffet froid très maigre. Aucun réassort à part le dessert. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était beaucoup mieux mais les pancakes étaient probablement réchauffer au micro-ondes donc immangeables. Dommage car le personnel est sympathique et l'hôtel est très bien placé géographiquement.

Empfehlenswertes Hotels! Guter Service, alles gepflegt und sauber, zudem auch noch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Und das alles zu einem günstigen Preis!

Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet und besonders aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen (Abendessen wie auch Frühstück ) waren ausgesprochen gut. ”Sonderwünsche” wurden gerne angenommen und auch umgesetzt. Der Service arbeitet in diesem Hause mit Spaß und Leidenschaft.

Neben der Fussball Arena und sm Allersee gelegen . Parkmöglichkeit um das Haus, schönes , sauberes, modernes Zimmer mit super Bett , extrem freundliche Rezeption, gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten auch aussen. Gerne wieder

Der Weber Gasgrill Kurs war heute super. Christian und Daniel haben es super rüber gebracht. Viel gelernt und Hoffnung mitgenommen, dass es Zuhause ähnlich gut klappen wird. Zum Abschluss des Abends noch ein lecker Getränk in der Hotelbar.
