Kula Wollongong

A wonderful apartment with excellent staff support. The place is clean, tidy and a great place to comfortably relax. Ample parking in a securd area. It is a short 10 minute walk to good food and groceries. The location allowed us to visit Kiama, Jervis bay and surrounds.

I recently stayed at the apartments in Kula and had a wonderful experience! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made every morning special. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my time in Kula. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The Kula Wollongong exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location suited us perfectly. We used the train a lot, so we appreciated being so close to the station. We love walking, so we appreciated being so close to cafes, shops, and the beach. Our only suggestion to Kula is to improve one minor IT issue. Soon after booking, we uploaded an ID, which was accepted. However, when we arrived, a message asked us to upload it again, which we did. Then, the message we got in reply was missing the access code, so we had to call for help. The customer service agent explained that their system rejects an ID if the first page is not a photo but does not tell the customer at the time. The customer service agent had to send us another message, which finally had the code we needed. It was a minor glitch that did not spoil our experience but is worth Kula looking into in case it affects another customer.

Great secure accomodation. Clean and spacious. Good secure car parking facility with easy access from car park to the room. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facility. Conveniently and centrally located in wollongong Would stay there again , loved it

Great place to stay. Self check in and check out went smoothly, no need to talk to anyone . Codes worked well and received on time .Apartment has everything you need. Very clean and at the centre . I would recommend this place and would return back again . No other place to look for .

We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The gym and the rooftop pool with its incredible view were highlights. The environment was peaceful and calm. Thank you for the thoughtful gesture of providing water, chips, and biscuits on the table. We appreciated the high-resolution TV with Netflix, Prime, and more. The check-in and check-out instructions were very informative.
