The hotel room was super clean and smelled very nice! Bed was so comfy I slept like a baby!

The room was not ready until after our check in time. The room was clean, but a big stain on the carpet. There was not a trash can in the bathroom. There were not enough towels for 3 guest and only 2 cups. It was overpriced for the value of the motel.

Because I booked a hotel for an early flight, there is a shuttle bus every half an hour. The quality is good, but the facilities are a bit old, and the bedding is not too new, but it is still clean. The locals seem to like this hotel very much, and the hotel parking lot is full of cars at night.

Booking this hotel at the airport is convenient for flying and renting a car, because it only takes 5 minutes to reach the hotel and the nearby car rental company, and there is a free bus connection between the hotel and the car rental company, so there is no need to arrange additional transportation. The hotel is located in the center and can be reached in 20 minutes. Arrive at tourist attractions and downtown. This time I came here just to visit the university graduation fashion show. The service staff and facilities of the hotel are also good, but the breakfast is not satisfactory. On Saturdays, there are still staff responsible for making fresh dishes. Sundays are a disaster. There is only half a bucket of water left in every food. What is even weirder is that there is no even the simplest salad. You have to wait for the waiter for coffee and tea. There is no self-service water bar and no instant coffee machine. This is the biggest disappointment.

The night shift service was terrible. The front desk seemed to be new and didn't know anything. I had to pay for the reservation I had already paid for. Fortunately, I didn't put the card on. Later, the supervisor came to teach me how to operate it. I was startled when I heard the TV on before I opened the door. There was a glass of wine on the table inside the room. I thought this was not a service unique to star-rated hotels, right? I saw the leftover fruit residue and the mop in the bathroom and realized that I was overthinking. Such a big hotel doesn't even have a luggage storage service. Because I brought a folding bicycle, I could use the hotel's trolley by myself. Because it was useless to make trouble, I moved the bicycle to the 8th floor by myself. Because the previous room was not cleaned, I moved the bicycle to the 7th floor again because of the room change. Up and down... It turns out that not all Hilton hotels can be called star-rated hotels
