It is a very nice hotel. A vey good location, staff are friendly.

非常推薦這家酒店，位置絕佳，就在老橋旁邊步行一分鐘的河邊，酒店房間窗户就面向河景。酒店一樓餐廳也非常棒。

房間寬敞，傢俱精美。 專業個人服務。正趕上酒店十週年紀念，有點心，水果，香檳贈送。

佛羅倫薩老橋邊，403河景套房，客廳卧室都有落地窗對着阿諾河，位置好風景佳，但是暖氣不太熱。第三天給我們升級到隔壁更大的家庭河景套房405，帶六人餐廳，兩個衞生間，更贊👍🏻 酒店早餐也很豐富。推薦！

在佛羅倫薩最好的位置，窗外就是橋和水景，幾乎所有的的景點都在走路距離，服務一流，幾個著名景點都在10分鐘走路以內，強烈推薦

فندق رائع ونظيف وراقي ومميز في افضل موقع في مدينة فلورنسا مع اطلالة جميلة على نهر ارنو . . جميع العاملين في مركز الاستقبال على قدر كبير جدا من المهنية واللطف وسرعة التجاوب فمجرد أن سالت عن امكانية رفع مستو الغرفة فاجأوني بسرعة التجاوب ورفعو مستوى الغرفة فوقع المتوقع بمراحل الى جناح فخم جدا وفسيح . . كما ان جميع العاملين الاخرين في الفندق متجاوبين لدرجة ان جميع طلباتك مجابة وبسرعة . . بالاضافة أن الفندق قريب لكل المعالم الرئيسية في المدينة من النهر إلى مركز التسوق والمطاعم و المقاهي الراقية والمتاحف . . بكل تاكيد انصح في هذا الفندق وبشدة وسيكون خياري الاول في زيارتي القادمة .

Stunningly beautiful hotel! Perfect location for walking anywhere you would want to go in Florence. The staff was amazing in every way and the concierge hadwonderful dinner recommendations for us and secured all of our reservations and private cars. Absolutely a 10 on every level!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces and exceptional service. Our room was beyond expectations and the pictures we had seen when booking did not do the view and style of the room justice. We were impressed by the level of detail from the hand written note(s) to the quality of materials in the room. The restaurant in the hotel (Caffe dell’Oro) was likely one of the best restaurants we enjoyed while in Florence and in Italy as a whole. The service was beyond fantastic and we truely enjoyed every moment. We cannot thank the staff and Lifestyle team enough for their hospitality and dedication to providing a wonderful experience. We will surely be back!

Top hôtel, incredibly central with a view in the Arno river and the Ponte Vecchio, very cosy and luxurious inside. Great breakfast, very rich and diverse with fresh products. Very attentive and caring service all along and notably to manage the car in a restricted trafic zone.

Amazing welcoming staff ♥️ the rooms were clean and spacious the food was amazing ath the cafe best pastries you could have in Florence I had an amazing experience with Portrait Hotel! The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Highly recommend it!

We stayed here with our two children last month. Upon arrival, the check in is different from the usual and helps a lot to relax after the flight. You sit in the lobby and go through all the information about your stay with a glass of prosecco in hand. From there on, it's a succession of little attentions that make the days more pleasant and comfortable. Whatever we wanted to organize, from the restaurant to the child-friendly museum, we just had to tell the reception team. You may or may not like WhatsApp but we found the service confirmations very convenient! We especially wanted to thank Dario, who speaks a little Greek and always made sure everything was fine. If we could, we would thank each and every one of the staff from the housekeeping to the guys in the restaurant! We will remember this trip to Florence with our children for a long time! Hotel was AMAZING! Staff is the best one we’ve had in a 5 star hotel. Always polite, willing to help, and going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Concierge was the best one we’ve ever had - 5 stars for sure! We will definitely go back!
