Ulasan Absynt Apartments Old Town Deluxe

Perfect location nice service clean and comfortable but some small things like windows and bathroom railings need repairs. Oh, and finding the right apartment is a real head scratcher lol

We preferred the apart hotel for the first time instead of the traditional hotel. Room was nice and tidy - there were everything we need inside, even a washing machine in the bathroom (but no any hint for soap or shampoo). The very low bed, like you sleep almost on the floor.

De foto's van de apartementen kloppen totaal niet. Alles is oud en versleten niks luxe aan. Aan de service balie klagen heeft geen zin. Ze kunnen er niks aan doen. Alles zit vol zeggen ze en via trip wel te boeken voor die dag. Kortom niet boeken! Kamer heeft geen vaatwasser, wasmachine of pannen. Tv werkt niet. Locatie is wel super.

1 - il letto era alla francese e non un matrimoniale da 1,81m a 3 m come indicato nella prenotazione. 2 - non presente in camera l’asciugacapelli come indicato nella prenotazione 3 - indicato accesso senza scale ma per prendere l’ascensore bisogna salire un piano di scale. 4 - mi avevano scritto che avrebbero mandato il codice pin per entrare di notte nell’appartamento e non lo hanno mandato nonostante l’abbia chiesto più volte via email e sms. 2 - All’arrivo di notte ho dovuto chiamare a mie spese un loro ufficio che non trovava la nostra prenotazione e , nonostante chiesto, non ci hanno voluto dare la password del wifi. Nella stanza non era presente alcun foglio con la password quindi siamo rimasti senza wifi. 3 - la doccia non funzionava bene e schizzava acqua da sopra la porta del box allagando il bagno. 5 - disponibili solo 2 asciugamani per la doccia, nulla per le mani e a terra fuori la doccia. 6- la mattina alle 9 abbiamo chiesto alla reception un asciugamano, di riparare la doccia e pulire l’appartamento. Ci rispondono che entro le 3 del pomeriggio sarebbe stato fatto tutto, invece non è stato fatto nulla di ciò che è stato richiesto. 7- quando ci siamo lamentati alla reception siamo stati trattati male e nessuna disponibilità a risolvere i problemi. 8 - visto i numerosi disguidi abbiamo chiesto il check out 1 ora dopo, anche in questo caso la risposta è stata NO 9 - per giustificarsi hanno detto che abbiamo sbagliato a prenotare tramite Trip ma che avremmo dovuto farlo tramite Booking… assurdo! 10 - il peggior pernottamento avuto in tanti anni di viaggi ovunque nel mondo!!!

Неприятным сюпризом было то, что для гарантированного места на паркинге, оказывается , нужно было заранее звонить в оиель на ресепшн и заказывать это место для вашей машины... без этого места моей машине там не нашлрсь. Увы... Все остальное на хорошем уровне. Для отдыха вполне комфортно.

Personnel très méchant, pas du tout arrangeant.

The only good thing I can say about it is location. Otherwise it's horrible place, check out the pictures!

Very convenient location. Apartment is big. Check in is convenient, you can pay 40zlt to park car, but very inconvenient to walk back and our assigned spot was taken by someone else and we had to go back and forth to change spot. And the parking is under building located on krawiecka 3. No elevator lead to floor 0. Complex to go back to the apartment

Very very disappointing start to our trip in Wrocław. The photo of the apartment on the Internet was nothing like the apartment we were given. Old, tired, no renovations, dirty, holes in all mattresses, mattress not clean with yellow staining, no washer/dryer provided which was stated as part of the apartment on WOTIF. One pan for cooking with no utensils. Limited cups and cutlery for 5 people. Will not be staying here again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the old town of Wrocław. Just one street away from the main square in the old town. Could walk there. Could have done with better curtains in the bedroom. Very light and not fitting window properly. The sitting room and kitchenette were quite big. The couch bed was leather and a little soft. Overall a good experience.

It was a horrific experience. We ordered a “Superior” room for 4 persons, but there were only one bed, which was smaller than a Queensize bed, and the other was a couch which could be folded out, but it was unstabil, it was falling apart, no bedsheets no blanchet nor pillows. Under the bed as well as the couch was dirty with bottles, trash, vape liquid which might indicate the cleaning is at best, quickly performed. As we ordered a “Superior” room, it was listed with a bathtop, which is one of our criterias, due to the small kids, we got a room without, and worst of all we got close to zero help from the reception, after approx 40mins of waiting. We didn’t get help with any of the above, and was told we could try and reach out to the cleaning lady, which they did not know was at the location. They told us we could try and come the following day and ask again at 10am as that was when the reception time opened, even though we came at 3pm were it was open. All and all there is no good ratings to give at all. At least to expect is help from the reception, which as mentioned was close to zero.

The apartment is loud: constant buzzing of the AC, like on a plane. There’s no way to switch it off. Apart from that, it’s ok. Another thing that made my stay terrible was the woman at the reception. I asked for an iron which was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t. She said she’d give it to me the next day, which is no good. It was a business trip and I needed to prepare. After some negotiations she said she would check the storage, and then she announced she couldn’t find another iron. I’m sure she never moved her ass from behind the desk (there were two of them and no clients to attend) and she lied to my face. A terrible experience.

The unit was in poor condition, it smelled like fried fish in the living room there was damage to the chairs, flooring, and the microwave did not work. There was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the sheets had holes in them, the bed linen did not feel clean is we slept in our clothes. The bathroom was nice and clean, the security guard was very helpfull in getting me a last minute parking and facilitate our arrival. Not a luxury property, i desperate need of repair and proper housekeeping.

Very rude lady at the reception never received any clear directions from the staff. Felt like I was trouble when I ask the question. Really bad attitude. Nice rooms but if you looking for somewhere with really bad customer service that’s your place. Would never book it again as I never felt like that before I mean being treated by members of staff.
