Perfekt gelegen mit vielen Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür. Gute Schallisolierung der Fenster. Bequeme Betten und alles sauber! Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet! Einziger Minuspunkt es gibt keinen Ahornsirup ;)

和國內有點差距，不過在周圍算是最好的

Pokoje adekwatne do swojej ceny. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. 15 min spacerem od serca miasta. Nie ukrywam, że chętnie skorzystałabym z ich usług jeszcze nie raz.

Wir hatten das Hotel nur für eine Nacht zur Durchreise gebucht. Alles wunderbar! Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl, lecker!

It is a very good hotel with a lot of highlights. First of all it is located not far from Rynek. 20 minutes on foot. There is a closed parking option. Plus at the reception level there is a bar and restaurant. Room was very good. Bathroom was big and nice. İnternet was spotless. Bed was comfortable. The only thing is that one person blanket is a bit small. Staff was also very helpful.

The hotel prepared rooms that did not match the reservation made on ***********. The rooms were supposed to be for two adults and two children (the children's ages were specified in the reservation). The room we received could accommodate a maximum of 3 person (one small extra bed) therefore the receptionist offered to pay extra for a second room. To eat breakfast, you had to wait in line for a free table, standing over other guests' heads - not very comfortable. Breakfast ? Like breakfast in every hotel, with the difference that in Q Hotel the bread is old and hard. Parking costs an astronomical fee of PLN 80, but there are no places. To sum up, if you want to relax in a hostel, you don't have to overpay. If it's supposed to be 4-star comfort, I would consider changing the manager and the approach to the customer.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Noisy, dirty hotel, rude staff. We recently booked two nights at Q hotel Plus Wrocław and despite the 4 star rating this hotel did not meet this standard. Although the reception and bar / restaurant area are well presented unfortunately the rest of the hotel doesn’t meet this standard. First impression of the room were okay although we had booked a king size room we were given a small single duvet each, the carpet was stained in several places and the ceiling panels were dented / falling down. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately the room was extremely noisy at night with trams and traffic on the cobble street making a constant loud noise. In the room the air conditioning unit rattled / hummed all night despite being off. On the first night of our stay we were woken at 2am by a member of staff knocking on the door several times, I opened the door but they didn’t speak English so they left without any attempt to explain why they woke us up at 2am. On the second night of our stay we arrived back at the hotel just after midnight and attempted to buy a bottle of water from the Bar / Reception but were informed that the could not sell anything between midnight and 1am (either in person or as room service) the staff were very rude and unhelpful, we were left having no water over night as a result. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and believe the 4 star rating of this hotel should be immediately down graded.

Don’t go!! There are many options to stay where they would value your concerns. Room 508 had nothing but problems with the electric system. The key never kept the electric on. Forget the air conditioning which didn’t cool the room. The front desk had it looked at and they said it was due to something faulty with the laundry since the majority of the 24 of us had the same issue. We were told it was fixed. So the 2nd night the same thing happened. The front desk just didn’t care & it happened to some more of our group again. The breakfast buffet is the worst I’ve seen. The hot items were cold as ice and the staff doesn’t go around cleaning the dirty dishes. They don’t provide separate soaps or lotions. Very disappointed. Like I said there are many other places to stay that are much better.

This is a fine, comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the old town market square. It is ultra modern with fine amenities. Only drawback was the need to take a taxi or Uber to the main square for restaurants unless eating at the hotel. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk which might be challenging at night. However, we found no problem with Uber. Breakfast is somewhat scaled down but for this boutique hotel it was good.
