Brilliant stay, excellent rooms. Clean and very old fashioned glam. Would recommend highly to anyone going to this city.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Nice, cosy 3-star hotel in a central location of Wroclaw with great corridor interiors.

其實整體我覺得是很不錯的一家酒店，房間的裝潢很有那種古典歐洲的風格，但是有一些小缺點讓我真的非常的火大！但是我必須承認，整體我還是很滿意的，因為還是很乾淨，房間算大，地點很好， Wi-Fi速度非常快 1. 前台態度很差，我昨天晚上入住的時候，那個男生完全沒有笑容，我對他的要求他不耐煩! 我覺得作為加酒店，面對客人最基本的服務態度應該是要有的，人與人之間要有最基本的笑容，但是他給我的感覺就是他根本就很討厭這份工作了 2. 房間之間完全沒有隔音，他一開始給我的房間，我隔壁的那兩個人說話聲音非常大聲，我在房間可以聽得一清二楚，我要求要換房間，他不理我，他說就沒辦法換，後來我兇他，我真的發火了，我說我要換房間，她才給我806號房 3. 在房間基本上可以聽到外面電車的聲音，不過晚上的時候就安靜了，隔天早上又要電車的聲音，我覺得還好沒有很嚴重

チェックイン前の手荷物は手荷物保管の部屋に快く預かってくれました。中央駅から近いため移動に便利な場所でした。お部屋は暖かく過ごしやすかったです。 冷蔵庫とティッシュがなかったので、トイレットペーパーで代用していました。 お水がサービスでお部屋にありました。炭酸水でしたがありがたかったです。 現地払いもなくとても良いホテルでした。 クリスマスマーケットへは20分程度歩きますがわかりやすい立地で苦なく行けました。

Hotel nas bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczył. Lokalizacja jest znakomita, łóżka bardzo wygodne, łazienka przestronna i funkcjonalna. Rzeczywiście wystrój może być dla niektórych staromodny, ale ma to swój klimat, rzeczy nie są zniszczone a w pokojach jest bardzo czysto. Na duży plus bardzo bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji, drink na powitanie, a gdy chcieliśmy skorzystać z przechowalni bagaży to zaproponowano nam szybsze zameldowanie. Polecam!

Wszystko super, fajny pokój, miła obsługa i dobra atmosfera. Polecam

Pomimo potwierdzenia telefonicznego, iż nocleg jest wykupiony ze śniadaniem, na miejscu okazało się że za śniadanie trzeba dopłacić. Sprawa miała być wyjaśniana, ale nikt nie się o to nie pofatygował, więc zapłaciliśmy. W łazience /przy prysznicu/ był grzyb. Jedna winda do obsługi 9 pięter. W nocy słychać ruch tramwajowy. Nie polecam.
