之前同事推薦的這個酒店，説是環境設施衞生等各方便都很不錯，這次出差就特意選了這個酒店，入住後第一感覺酒店很大氣，前台工作人員很熱情的辦理了入住，房間也很寬敞乾淨，總之非常滿意，下次出差還會選擇這裏

剛知道五常也開了一家如家，問了服務員説了開了半年了，也真是我太久沒回來了，這家酒店跟平時住的如家酒店不太一樣，更豪華服務更好，裝修更温馨，洗衣機烘乾機跑步機一應俱全，很棒

第一次入住五常，非常不錯的賓館，很值得推薦，前台小姐姐很熱情服務很好，房間衞生也很不錯，還有智能馬桶，窗簾，住着很舒服。我感覺前台是賓館的門面，這樣好的前台，老闆應該給加薪，我還會來住的，願你們越做越好。

PPengguna Tetamu一共住了三天，是2024年才裝修好的房，所以他家照片是真實那麼新和光亮，每個房都是瓷磚地板，連床都是水泥瓷磚上面放了草墊，入住時沒任何裝修異味，一家人都很滿意，我姐也説再去會住那裡，唯一就是訂了二間房，靠山邊那間暖氣太熱了，我喜歡涼快的，老闆人很好，我也沒想到換房，免得又打掃。房內圖就不用傳了，傳些房外周邊。

NNorainaaThe owner and his wife were very helpful and showed us great places to play games. The owner gave us rice that he grew himself and also packed some nuts for us to take home. Although they don’t speak English, they communicated with us through WeChat and understood that we are Muslim, so they kindly prepared boiled eggs and soy milk for our breakfast. We really appreciate their kindness. The bed was comfortable, and the view around the hotel is amazing. Malaysian travelers, you should definitely come here for a wonderful experience!

AAthininThe host is very kind and service very good, the room is clean new and warm the toilet is clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful, I just call for the booking bit she has planned the trip and book the bus from Harbin to Snow town, Snow town to Snow valley and Snow valley to Harbin, just tell her where you want to go especially Wu Song ling has a good place for Skiing, snowmobiling and banana boat, and the food in the hotel is quite good and not expensive, also the room is reasonable price.

PPengguna Tetamu離街上有點遠但是很清凈，老闆隨時接送也很方便，而且老闆娘夫婦人真是太好了。幫忙定大巴，安排行程，絞盡腦汁幫你省錢，飯做的也好吃，吃不完給你放着晚上熱一下繼續吃
房間小而乾淨，這個價格要啥自行車呢
民宿後面有個坐輪胎滑下來的玩的地方，有秋千，有夾鴨子的，有大花棉襖這些全都免費，晚上還教你潑水成冰，炸火花，一遍遍教，拍到你滿意為止，去霧凇嶺老闆全程陪玩，幫你拍照片拍視頻，很適合我這種一個人來又什麼都不會的，對了店裡還免費提供冰爪雪套這些，衹要拿回去就行
第二天有行程老闆還會提前叫你起床，真的很家人哦

PPengguna Tetamu超預期的住宿體驗，大家都知道雪鄉住宿太貴，所以選擇了雪谷，而且去霧凇嶺也方便，本來擔心小朋友不適應，又怕炕太熱，擔心完全多餘了，小朋友喜歡的不得了，房間雖然簡單，但乾淨，房間不冷不熱不燥，老闆一家人都超好，提供早餐，晚上玩好了回來還可以幫忙做飯吃，離路口一兩百米的距離，老闆都會安排短駁車幫我們送到路口坐大巴，以免路滑摔着，出行怎麼坐車老闆都給安排的明明白白，整個雪谷的旅行絕對滿分

PPengguna Tetamu帶小朋友來雪谷玩 特意選的這個時候 因為人少 我們來之前老闆還勸我們先不要來 説雪小（老闆真的太好了）怕我們來了有遺憾 可是我們好幸運的嘞 來的當天就碰到了下雪 這對於我們南方小土豆來説簡直太棒了
老闆娘還幫忙拼了哈爾濱到雪谷來回車 還給小朋友準備了玩雪的工具 全程什麼都不需要我自己操心 對於自己帶小朋友出門的我簡直是神仙老闆
老闆娘媽媽做飯也是非常好吃的 比我們在哈爾濱吃的好吃 外邊雖然很冷 但是室內很熱 建議要來的小夥伴準備一件短的t恤 在室內穿
