Hotel Wuhan dengan Bar

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

The experience of staying at Hilton Joy Inn on Optics Valley Road is truly amazing! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel its difference. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the surroundings are beautiful. Entering the room, the decoration is warm and elegant, making people feel extra comfortable. The facilities in the room are of excellent quality and easy to use. The service of the hotel is impeccable. Leon, the warm and friendly staff, can always meet the needs of guests in time and make people feel the meticulous care. The food in the restaurant is also full of praise, and every dish is delicious. I enjoyed the high quality accommodation and had a great time here. I highly recommend Hilton Joy Inn Optics Valley Road to all the friends who need accommodation!

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is very simple. I would suggest to go outside. Is not much around but within 5 minutes you are the East lake. Or 25 min at the riverside. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

酒店位置非常好，離景點，小吃街，長江大橋都很近。特別特別表揚前廳部的一位服務人員叫劉星雨，服務熱情周到，真給武漢市的文旅爭光彩。半夜入住突然大姨媽，人濛濛的，找工作人員詢問附近哪裡購買姨媽巾，結果小姑娘二話不説，把自己新買的整包拿出來給我使用，太感動了。給小姑娘錢，小姑娘也不要，説這是她應該做的，太善良的孩子了，看見她耐信的為每位顧客解答問題，真心給劉星雨服務人員點個大大的贊👍

Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel will be my to go hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. It was a smooth check in at the reception area. The male staff speaks English and very polite and accommodating. I was put on a non smoking floor, which I requested upon booking. The room large and very comfortable to stay in. Over all rating: 5 stars👍 Thank you.

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

I’ve stayed at this hotel off and on for over 10 years. For a while, all the rooms, including the non-smoking rooms, smelled like cigarettes. It was awful. During my recent stay, the hotel has implemented a non-smoking policy for all rooms. This has helped tremendously but there is still a slight cigarette odor due to people not following the rules. The bathroom tiles are extremely slick when wet so be careful. The shower door continues to have a leakage problem that has persisted since I first stayed there. The breakfast is decent but they no longer serve bacon which was disappointing. Overall, it’s not perfect but close to the place where I do business so I’m okay with it. The staff are friendly which is a plus.

My favorite hotel in Wuhan by far. My favorite buffet as well. Most friendly staff and even better facilities. They made my farewell party the most memorable and emotional. They went out of their way to help with the planning of the event.
