A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

We had a very comfortable stay at Auradoon in Dehradun. The hotel is nestled on the foothills of the mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the hills right from our room. The location is awesome — peaceful and scenic, though a bit farther from the main town. Dehradun city center is easily accessible by taxi or private car, which made exploring convenient. The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. The breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients every day. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Dehradun with excellent service and great food. We'll definitely visit again!

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

My Amazing Stay at DLS The Classio Hotel, Rishikesh* I just returned from an incredible stay at DLS The Classio Hotel in Rishikesh, and I'm still reeling from the experience! This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away in the heart of Rishikesh, with breathtaking views of the Ganges River and the surrounding mountains. The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfy beds and all the modern amenities you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food, with a range of Indian, Chinese, and Continental options. And, the rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views. What really stood out for me, though, was the hotel's tranquil atmosphere. I was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. The property was lovely. Its location is very good and the facilities are also very good. The food is nice. I would suggest ever to visit this property if you are at Dehradun.

The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide. We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

The location was great for me, near everything, Sim Card service, taxi, shops, food, near Parmarth Niketan. Staff helpful.
