Stayed here for business. Service and room was good. Restaurants and shopping mall not too far away. Would stay again.

國慶節來武漢旅遊，竟然被我找到了這個寶藏酒店，必須要寫一下評價: 1.因為我們是帶着長者和小孩開車4小時來到的武漢，路上比較辛苦，所以提前打電話給前台諮詢能否提前入住，前台耐心的幫我查詢到有5間房已辦理退房，告知我們12點左右可以提前入住，比那些冷冰冰的常規告知2點後辦理入住的酒店，這個酒店的回覆更讓人感覺有人情味。 2.前台辦理入住的小哥帥氣且温柔，貼心的幫我們升級了房間，還特意把長者的房間安排在遠離馬路比較安靜的一側。 3.房間乾淨、衞生、安靜，住得很舒服，逛完一天回到酒店，能美美的睡上一覺。 4.房間裏有免費的酒水飲料，小朋友非常喜歡。 5.小管家微信溝通方便，問題都能及時得到解決。小朋友很喜歡那個機器人服務。 6.早餐豐富多樣，孩子尤其喜歡牛肉粉，牛肉很大粒，吃得特別滿意。 7.因為是自駕遊，所以開車去周邊景區還是很方便的，尤其是國慶節沒碰到長時間的堵車，讓這次旅途非常的愉快。 8.相對於國慶節期間動輒上千的酒店，四百多的價錢能住上這麼優質的酒店，簡直讓我感到驚喜！簡直就是價廉物美，物超所值！ 旅遊選擇一個滿意的酒店會讓整個行程都變得更加完美了，所以強烈推薦這個酒店，性價比超高！

第二次入住，上一次就記得環境太好了，一定要帶父母來住一次，果然來了。 拍的照片基本都是室外，實在是室內乏善可陳。送的水果品質也一般。房間老乾部特色，沒有什麼好説的。 早飯真的挺拉胯的，除了麪攤，其他都不好吃，菜啊，甜點啊，水果啊，都不行。 著名的楊師傅帶着我們逛了一圈，謝謝師傅，介紹的特別好。 酒店花大價錢更換草皮，能不能換個第三方好好提高早飯質量，真的很拉胯。 下午3-4店和早上9-10點有老毛紀念堂講解，不劇透了，大家可入住時把講解和師傅帶着遊園的兩個活動早點約好。 酒店離省博很近。 去東湖磨山景區（就是有滑道玩的）大概10多塊打個的。 一直看別人説東湖多好看，其實還是酒店裡的風景更勝一籌。

The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

Great hotel, great location. Easy access to the subway and very walkable to all main attractions. Nice craft beer tap outside and plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby. Rooms are large, bright and quiet with great bathroom. Ms. Xiu of the front desk team is extremely attentive and professional and even gave me a parting gift at checkout! 🤩😍. Gym is outdated and small but has enough for a simple workout.

Room is quite spacious, amenities are refilled everyday and room service is good. I stayed during summer so the airconditioner temperature is too high for me…i wish it was colder but even the their technician not sure what happened to our aircond. Hotel wifi is bad…slow to no connection. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices.

Very convenient location for travelling. Staff is kind and helpful. Room are sufficiently clean. I often come to this hotel and I have never bean disappointed. Breakfast can be improved but is still sufficient. I recommend it.

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

It’s a new hotel not far from the railway station and the metro station. It’s very clean. It has all the necessary amenities. The staff are very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel room was very nice and clean! Towels were changed every day. The laundry service was also very nice, they fold all your clothes and put them in bags. The location is near a lot of stores, restaurants and tourists attractions. Very much recommended and will definitely come back when I'm visiting Wuhan again!
