Hotel berhampiran Hankou Shanghai Road Tianzhutang, Wuhan

I really this hotel a lot. It’s renovated from an old prestige building. Just walking in the hotel already giving me the reminiscence of the past. The room itself is big, clean , well decorated. We left quite early so didn’t try its breakfast. Staff was nice. Since the a/c, curtain, lights, tv are voice control, the front desk staff came with me to the room to show how we could control them

酒店是新開的。房間大小和價位也算匹配（反正就是很小）。酒店瀰漫著一股甲醛的味道，太新了，直到離店身上都是甲醛味道。 早餐品種很少，烤麪包機還是壞的。 但是酒店有洗衣機健身房咖啡機（咖啡機沒有冰塊）。 這間酒店還好的原因是： 1.地段超級好。酒店建築背面有好多格調很好的飲食店，酒店離步行街很近。 2.酒店有停車場，對自駕太好了！但是因為是市中心，停車場使用不是很方便。但是能停車這點太好了，之前定了旁邊白玉蘭酒店，就是因為沒有停車位我們才換的。 以後還會考慮入住，畢竟位置很好+可以停車，而且以後應該甲醛沒那麼重了。

BEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE. We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel. Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly. Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message, ”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.” We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK. So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal. The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Marco Polo Hotel exhibited exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to cater to any needs or inquiries. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone did an outstanding job, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable. Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

Ia sangat sesuai untuk membawa anak-anak sebagai pilihan hotel terbaik untuk pelancongan budaya mendalam di Wuhan. Sebagai Wuhaner, saya sangat gembira kerana sebuah hotel dengan bangunan bersejarah yang berabad-abad akhirnya muncul di kampung halaman saya. Reka bentuk hotel sangat bagus! The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time. See Yem Kan

Lokasi terbaik yang anda boleh minta di Wuhan. Kurang daripada 100 m dari stesen metro laluan 2 dan 1 dan 5 minit berjalan kaki dari jalan pejalan kaki utama Jinghan. Banyak pilihan makanan di sekeliling anda dan sangat mudah untuk ke tarikan utama. Jika anda tidak kisah dengan permaidani lama mereka yang kotor, hotel ini boleh menjadi yang terbaik untuk menginap di daerah Jinghan. Jangan mengharapkan terlalu banyak daripada tab mandi sekalipun. Ia mandi rosak.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Jalan di sebelah kiri hotel adalah Pantai Sungai Hankou, dan jalan bar di sebelah kanan. Terdapat juga pelbagai restoran peribadi dan restoran barbeku. Setiap dari mereka kelihatan sedap.
