I have been to Wuhan many times and this is the most satisfactory hotel I have booked. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come to Wuhan in the future.
The price is moderate, cost-effective, and it is located in Optics Valley with a superior geographical location.
The environment is very good, the facilities are complete, and there are no problems in all aspects.
The room is large and the service is satisfactory. The most important thing is that it is really quiet, and the sound insulation and noise reduction are very good. This is something I can't find in other hotels. I can have a good sleep!

This place is so beautiful, it is worthy of being the ceiling of Wuhan B&B! In the small castle in Huabohui, the accommodation environment is first-class, and the scenery is everywhere. It is very suitable for wedding photos here, and it is very popular.
Now that the church is being upgraded, it will be open for wedding ceremonies during the National Day. It is really convenient to live here and take a wedding photo.
The manager of the B&B is also very good. There is a car to pick you up when you go in and out of Huabohui. The meal time will be confirmed with you in advance. The meals are also good, and the check-in experience is very good.

The environment here is very good. When I checked in for the first time, I helped carry my luggage and upgraded my room for free. The staff were very enthusiastic. What makes this hotel different from other hotels is the location. It is surrounded by villa areas. I went shopping with my family. The circle feels really big, and there are also some entertainment facilities for children. This kind of hotel is really unique. I am used to staying in fast hotels in the city, but I didn’t expect to enjoy the feeling of being in the land of peach blossoms here. It is very relaxing. , and the price is not expensive. The price/performance ratio is unparalleled. I must give it a five-star rating.

A lovely stay it was, the front desk was welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, the scenery and atmosphere was just amazing. I would like to believe they have the fastest elevator in the city. The room was really elegant, classy and very clean. The bedding was well set with clean soft fabric😍😍😍. The kitchen provided a delicious breakfast, variety of dishes just many options. Am in love with the place. I totally recommend the hotel. The location perfect easy to get to, close to Hankou, Han street and there’s a subway Qingyuzui station for those who may prefer public transport.

Why this hotel is the best: the atmosphere of the environment, the scenery, the food is not much but exquisite, and the service is really first-class. . . Why the first-class service: When you put the clothes in the washing machine and indicate the room number, you can leave. The hotel will help you complete it until the clean clothes are folded and delivered to your room manually or by robot. The key point is 0 charge/0 tip (the guy told me that this is what they should do). There is also a spacious and comfortable reading area here. You can even borrow books to read in the room. It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

2 complaints:
1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker.
2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

Convenient transportation, opposite to MixC, very convenient for eating and shopping. The housekeeper Yuanyuan provided excellent service. I also went to the 3rd floor to exercise in the evening. The breakfast buffet was rich. I will come again next time.

Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by ”xiao du”. Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the newly renovated hotel facilities, high-end atmosphere, and magnificent European decoration style. Immediately I came to the front desk and was greeted with a smile by the staff with ID No. 2 and received me warmly. At the same time, she took into consideration that we were older and specially arranged a comfortable and quiet room for us, so that we had a pleasant and unforgettable last night in Wuhan. And early the next morning, we also tasted the delicious and rich breakfast provided by the hotel, especially the ”hot dry noodles”. I will stay at this high-quality hotel with warm and thoughtful service when I go to Wuhan in the future.

GGinge5Located at the front of the Wuhan expo center are the intercontinental and Holiday Inn hotels. A good location for a river view and relaxing weekend.
I chose the intercontinental, as our experiences at the Shanghai Wonderland and Chongqing Raffles intercontinental had been fantastic. So I booked this for our anniversary with high expectations.
The hotel is grand and the rooms are lovely. The lobby cafe where breakfast is served is huge with a venetian style interior and roof.
The hotel restaurant serves Cantonese style food and is worth a visit. A few photos attached. The service at the restaurant was sub par, and the bill was wrong, which we got the pleasure of finding out when the restaurant began to ring our room repeatedly around 10pm to ask me to go back and pay 30Yuan extra. Which wasn't a problem, but after 4/5 calls late at night to be told I'd walked out without paying down the phone was disappointing when I paid the bill I had been presented with.
On our a trip we were quite disappointed to find out on arrival that the swimming area was completely closed, as this would have been useful information before booking.
Our trip to Wuhan was great, but the service at this intercontinental didn't live up to their colleagues and previous experiences.

Due to personal reasons, I dyed two square towels and a medium towel of the hotel, and was asked to pay 50 yuan in compensation. I feel that the charge is too expensive.
