作為民宿，房間衞生相當不錯了。整體設計為獨帳篷樹屋，松鼠的跑道連結了所有的房間，每一間房的陽台上都有一間松鼠的小屋。可惜松鼠膽子小，我們來的又是雨天，剛一靠近就跑了。管家木木在入住前就聯繫我，提前溝通入住流程。下雨天工作人員把傘給了我們，自己淋雨幫我們拿行李去房間。點個大大的贊！其他問題管家回覆很快，整體入住體驗還是非常好的。去餐廳的標識再明顯一點就更好了，找餐廳的過程，如果沒有長者，衹有我和娃，其實也不錯，感覺陪娃玩“森裏迷路”遊戲，沿途領略森林美景。 草原很大，感覺想深入遊玩一天玩不完…….假期人多，我們不想排隊，體驗的項目有限。不過玻璃漂流和五彩滑道有一點刺激，適合帶10歲以上的寶寶遊玩。雲中戰歌有出彩的地方，還是值得一看的。酒店的套票樂園無限次坐小火車太方便了，節省了很多體力…….. 娃沒玩夠，約好了暑假再來……

設施：設施齊全，基本上都滿足了入住需求。但是窗有一個鎖不上，雖然樓層高但是習慣了睡覺關窗的人很難受 衞生：很乾凈，很好 環境：窗外隔音不太好，風聲很大，但是沒問題啦 服務：前台小哥哥操作系統有點不熟練，雖然中間有一些小插曲，把我的身份證和別的房客的弄混了，好在最後幫我換了回來。等了十幾二十分鐘吧才入住上，不過也正常，新的嘛！可以理解。 但是有一點沒有説明，就是説了有夜宵和早餐，並沒有提示我，最後也是因為太晚太累了沒有問就回房休息了。 總的來説，很好，放心去住吧！
