可能是好久沒住快捷酒店了，突然住一次有點不太適應，如果不談軟件，衹看硬件，也不是那麼的糟糕，我可以先把5分打上，但該説的還是要説兩句。進入酒店，前台員工面無表情的給我辦了入住，最起碼的打招呼問好都沒有，這裏另有一個疑問，本人第一次住該品牌酒店，前台為什麼事先知道我的明碼手機號，現在通過平台預訂不都是虛擬號碼嗎？來到房間，我能聽見隔壁住客説話的聲音，浴室的洗髮水沐浴露是可以隨意開瓶的，茶包衹有一個且包裝外表已有明顯污漬；客房服務幾乎不存在，連續兩次打電話到總機詢問是否有刮鬍刀，回答有，但等了一晚上直到退房沒人或機器人送過來。
