He served us throughout the short stay of just a few days. He thought of everything we thought of and didn’t expect. People in the north have not seen many frogs, so the housekeeper went to the pond to catch them. We picked up two of them to take pictures for us (they released them after taking the pictures). It was a very good accommodation experience. Friends who are going to Zhangjiajie can really experience their home.

The surrounding environment is great and the air is good. The hotel housekeeper is very considerate. He took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and introduced us to rice fields and beehives. By chance, I became the first guest of Ctrip Manxin Farm and experienced a wonderful experience. As soon as you step into the hotel area, you feel like you are isolated from the world, quiet and beautiful. It is located among mountains and fields, with pleasant scenery and extremely broad vision, showing a bit of retreat and luxury. The room we booked is on the second floor. When we enter the room, it is grand and simple. Everywhere we look is full of details, revealing a high degree of pursuit of quality. Opening the curtains, the green rice fields and Zhangjiajie Mountains in the distance look like a painting. It is very quiet at night, with no light pollution. You can see the stars in the sky, and the sound of frogs and cicadas lulls you to sleep. The catering is also very exquisite, with Chinese food, Western food and coffee available. You can also enjoy the beautiful environment of rice fields and balcony dining. The service was very professional and friendly. They gave special care to our first guest and also gave us a travel photo album, which was very nice and loved it. It's a little regrettable that the swimming pool is not open yet. It is an outdoor heated swimming pool and will open in mid-September. When the winter snow comes, it will be a better experience if you come here to relax.

此次行程唯一的驚喜就是這家酒店。預訂酒店後，就有私人管家電話聯絡，詢問張家界行程安排，制定出行計劃，晚餐預訂。酒店坐落在張家界山腳下，私密性非常好，酒店從軟件到硬件都無可挑剔，房間設施及配置超過5星酒店。管家及酒店全體服務人員都非常耐心，服務堪比日本酒店服務水平，做到了用心，細緻！這是讓我比較吃驚的。以上評價屬實發自內心評價，酒店人員無要求！下次還會入住！

趁國慶之前人不多去躺張家界，感受下慢節奏生活，訂了攜程度假農莊的縵心店，管家服務非常到位，提前打電話發位置，管家小黎來接站的，幫忙拿行李超級暖心！ 農莊的位置很好，距離國家森林公園也非常近，每天我們晚上會去看看演出 回來都特別晚了 管家小黎都等到我們到農莊以後再把我們送回房間，房間也特別好，設施衞生 裝修都很不錯，房間特別大，酒店非常推薦，下次還要來住。

大愛特愛啊！絕美的無邊泳池，風吹搖擺的麥浪，紗幔飄逸的涼亭，哪哪都出片。朋友圈一show，都在問我去了什麼神仙地方。而且配套也很贊，戴森吹風機、歐舒丹洗浴用品，環保牙刷，最最舒服的是床品，蓋着都想一直懶床！期望農莊越來越好吧（^^）

新開的一家民宿，感覺是個獨立的山頭，農莊的選址太講究了，每個角度的風景都很美！推薦我們的管家慢慢，是一位很專業細心的服務人員，全程把農莊的遊玩特點和我們要旅遊的路線都安排的很合適，孩子也喜歡他！

房間雖然有點小，但設施還齊全 外面的露台很大。酒店的環境很美，趕上曬秋，院子裏曬的辣椒 玉米 南瓜增添了豐收與親切感。值得特別感謝的是私人管家小米與司機 他們倆人特別熱情與心細 服務周到親切 把我們在張家界國家森林公園的三天行程安排的非常細緻 讓我們感覺輕鬆自在。下次來一定還要住這裏
