非常幸運這次張家界旅遊選擇了醉心谷莊園，體驗感超預期，民宿環境非常優美，房間裏就能看到張家界風景區的山峯，安靜舒適，房間佈局輕奢潔，非常乾淨，服務更是到位，入住已是晚上，送上雞蛋麪當夜宵，管家小朱提供保姆級的全程服務，機場景區全程接送，規劃行程，預訂門票，我們入園遊玩時全程微信指點行程，晚餐可口美味，廚藝一流，別值得一提的是，第一天行程腳有點扭傷，第二天小朱提供了登山手杖並規劃了相對輕鬆的行程，讓我們既看到美景，又節省了體力。

平時自己很少寫評價，但是這次忍不住要給個好評。
先説説服務，從下車開始，就有工作人員幫忙提行李，早餐雖然簡單但是也有當地特色，特別是湯粉，有種回家的感覺。晚上洗衣服，服務人員一直幫忙帶到洗衣機的位置，還講了晾曬的地方。
再來説下住宿環境，是很休閑的田園風光，有綠油油的稻田，還有庭院，有前後兩個庭院，後面的庭院有個鞦韆，坐着等洗衣服的時間在鞦韆上放鬆，院子裏還有可愛的貓咪。木製的樓梯和門，還有自己種的花花草草，晚上坐着喝喝茶，簡直不要太愜意。
交通也很方便，早上起來吃個早餐就去黃龍洞玩，遊玩時間大概1個半小時，出來有個扎染體驗，裏面的衣服真的很不錯，一下子買了4件衣服和1條圍巾，這個非常推薦
朋友、情侶，特別是帶小朋友的，推薦來這裏放鬆，體驗下悠閑的慢生活。

出來旅遊了一個多月，路過張家界，來二刷這家酒店真的太喜歡了，衹言片語表達不了對這裏的愛！這趟行程體驗最好的地兒了
位置交通：
開車十分鐘就能到武陵源的中門，特別方便，火車站飛機場和酒店景點之間，店家都是免費接送，看很多自駕的人也會來光顧，停車的地方也很大
房間設施：
在北京很多帳篷類的住宿都是很簡易的，這邊配套就很齊全，熱水器，空調，戴森吹風機，馬桶還是智能的，小冰箱，啥啥都有，床品特別舒服，甚至想找老闆幫忙買一套回家用，不過一問都是好幾萬😅
餐廳：
這的廚師是真的手藝好！比一般的餐館都好吃，可能和食材比較新鮮有關係，房後有自養走地雞，還有自己沒農葯的菜地，吃什麼都是現殺的。菜有的我自己去現摘，好吃又好玩，有時候懶得動還給送到房間，還有小燭台嘎嘎浪漫，女朋友喜歡不行了😛
房間景觀：
再説説景色吧，坐在帳篷和觀景台吃吃飯，看看日落晚霞吹吹風，早上想看日出爬起來，看完轉身就接着睡，心情簡直不要太好，晚霞的時候還能看到山間的丁達爾效應
景色特別出片，隨手一拍就像是新海誠截圖出來的。身處塞爾達一樣，下面還有池塘可以劃竹筏，不過有帶娃來的搶不上😢
服務：
幾乎有求必應，老闆人特好，還是攝影愛好者，一大堆相機，拍照技術特好能幫忙免費旅拍，哈哈哈哈哈
性價比：
景色服務設施衡量下來，性價比還蠻高的，而且還能幫忙安排各種票導遊和vip通道，最近運氣好趕上店家裡做活動，辦了會員卡，可以一年隨便住
真是很喜歡，這裏特別適合我這種一線城市的牛馬，平時工作很緊張，來這裏發發呆放空一下

挺好的～因為是自駕 酒店就在路邊上 交通非常方便 房間挺乾淨 睡着還是蠻舒服的 位置離各個景區也不算太遠 有什麼問題前台也會很熱心回答 和朋友都很滿意 以後還有機會來的話也會考慮的！

喜歡北正民宿，老闆小兩口人超級好吖，還沒到就在門口等着了，喜歡吃什麼早餐直接給他們説。各種飲料也是隨便喝哈哈賓至如歸的感覺棒棒的。最喜歡他們家五樓那個露台了，晚上坐在搖椅上吹吹風吃着老闆專門給我們買的水果，聊聊天，真的是太愜意。很推薦這家店，感覺太重要了😄房間裝修風格現代簡約，看起就很舒服不浮誇，歐舒丹洗浴和戴森很配喲。感謝老闆小兩口，期待下次再會。

Very nice and cozy hotel!
It’s right by the airport, the hotel can pick you up for free.
The lady is very nice.
They told us a story, that once they couldn’t communicate with a foreigner due to a language barrier, and there was a misunderstanding. The foreigner didn’t understand he will be picked by the hotel’s car, and climbed up by himself. While the owners couldn’t use the translator to explain that they will pick him up. So they got a 1 star feedback, which very unfair.
So please use the Baidu translator, the owners are very nice people 😊
Also they upgraded our room to a bigger a better one😇

我在這家旅館住的非常滿意， 所有的東西都很好。
第一，這酒店的位置很好。樓下有很多飯店，離菜市場很近，並且從張家界森林公園東門走路衹15分鐘（晚上在森林公園東門打車很難）。
第二，房間也很好。房間又大又乾淨，從窗户還能看見山。晚上挺安靜， 房間裏面的東西也都很新。
第三，這酒店裡的人都很熱情，尤其老闆。 我從來沒見過這麼好的老闆， 他對客人對待像朋友似的。他經常在大廳裏跟我和別的遊客聊天， 我沒打到車的時候他親自送了我到景點， 帶我去看了一下天門山日出，還幫了我有很多別的忙。
酒店別的員工也都很好。前台的人很有耐心的把張家界森林公園和旁邊的景點都給我很詳細的解釋了一遍，還回答了我所有的問題。 打掃衞生的阿姨和別的員工態度都特別好，讓我感覺很舒服。
我對這一個酒店很滿意，玩的的也很開心！5個星星，下次再來。

Absolutely amazing stay. Felt like we were staying with a family but with super modern and well furnished hotel rooms. The dogs were fantastic company. Nothing was beyond the calling. Food was amazing throughout - customized to our needs. Cannot go wrong with this property. Nice hike right next to the property along the river - the dogs will guide u on it. Amazing stay.

Situated in countryside outside Wulingyuan, Shuiyong Jinjiang is the perfect place for guests who need a break from the hustle of city life and are looking to explore the natural wonders of the Zhangjiajie forest park. It looks just like the pictures and the owners are so generous and helpful. The food here was fresh, delicious and very filling!

Right from check in, we have a personalized and dedicated front desk reachout whom I add to my wechat contact. Constantly following up with my stay and acceding to my request of footbath and late night snacks. Room is clean and impeccable. Breakfast spread is sumptuous and wide range. Enough to last me beyond lunch. Convenient amenities nearby too.

In just three hours, he retrieved the bag and brought it to my room 🛡️

The scenery, reminiscent of the mythical ”Peach Blossom Spring,” brought a sense of tranquility.

AALEKSANDRAIf i could give 100 stars to this hotel, i would. We enjoyed every moment there. The staff was super friendly and polite. We felt like we are not staying at a hotel but our own place. It’s on the most convenient location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest park.
Every room from glass house to little rainbow houses were really unique. During our stay, host helped us with transfer to National Park and planing our visit and days.
Breakfast was homemade and really delicious.
To sum up, our stay was perfect and we will definitely come back here! ❤️☀️😍

VViktorya PetrosyanOur stay was wonderful. Horel's location was great near the beautiful street, so many lightr arroung amd yummy streetl food. The hotel owner was so polite, caring and helping whenever we were in need of smth. Less than 10min walk to Wulinguan East gate.
The hotel room was clean and comfy. I will come back one day to explore more and stay at this hotel again.

She went above and beyond to assist us, offering great restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed, including providing water during our multi-night stay.
Her dedication and genuine care for guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality that every hotel should strive for. Meesa is an excellent example of service-minded professionalism, and her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and applaud the team for their commitment to great service.
I had a pleasant stay overall, but there was an issue on the first night that affected my experience. My sleep was disrupted due to a strong smell of smoke coming from another room, which somehow entered my room. This was disappointing as it impacted my comfort during the stay.

PPengguna TetamuHave stayed here during our visit to Zhangjiajie mountains for 4 nights. It was chosen between several hotels in the area and the choice was absolutely right. We really enjoyed our stay in Harmona. The resort has a unique location in a forest between mountains, so u can feel all the beauty of nature. Also very welcoming stuff here who always try to make your stay more comfortable doesn’t matter that time is it. Especial thanks to Cherry, who assisted us all the time and to Nancy from the front desk and Huhuayong the driver.
The position of the resort is perfect for visiting main attractions - forest park, canyon, dragon cave - just 10-15 minutes drive and give you all the opportunities of forest silence in the evening after busy day in the crowd.
All amenities are good and usable - hot springs, restaurants, tea house etc. And landscape of resort is perfect. The view from the room in 8th floor is wonderful.

PPengguna TetamuI had a great experience at this hostel in Wulingyuan! The location is perfect—right near the entrance to the national park and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and food stalls, which made it super convenient.
The host was amazing! When I asked for a different room due to some loud snorers in my original room, they were really understanding and helped me move right away, which made a big difference in my stay. Plus, the host’s dog is super cute. Highly recommend this place!

DDaniel Lang |lindanniOur stay at Manyuan exceeded expectations. Every staff member we met was thoughtful and kind, and Xiaoxiao (晓晓) stood out as a true miracle worker. She took the time to address our concerns, even late at night, due to our tricky itinerary. Her incredible service made all the difference in our experience.
We initially chose Manyuan for its clean, spacious rooms with a tub, as well as benefits like itinerary planning, a complimentary foot bath, and breakfast. We were relieved and impressed to find all these—and much more.
Upon our late-night arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a plate of fresh fruit prepared in our room. The hotel even provided more upon request, which helped tide us over until breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the selection featured plenty of delicious Chinese options. My wife and I especially enjoyed the tasty yogurt, and I appreciated the easy-to-use coffee machine, fragrant tea, and simple yet satisfying cakes and dumplings. Thete weee plenty of other choices, too.
Xiaoxiao also made our park visits effortless by booking our tickets in advance. Thanks to her help, all we had to do was scan our passports or use facial recognition to enter the attractions. After a long day exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the complimentary foot bath was a welcome treat—we simply had to boil water, add provided herbal pouches, and a basin made it easy to enjoy a relaxing soak.
When we encountered an unexpected emergency, Xiaoxiao was incredibly understanding and responsive, once again demonstrating her dedication and professionalism. She even helped us with our Lantern Festival itinerary that would take place after we'd checked out. She acknowledged weather considerations and even road closures ahead of providing her recommendations. Her wide yet humble knowledge of the area deeply moved us.
Even the small details at Manyuan, like the delicious front desk candies and complimentary luggage storage, added to our enjoyment. We are deeply grateful for such a warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers.

SSS-SingaporeReach ZJJ west station via the high speed rail from Changsha. After Existing the station, keep left to the Bus Station to WuLingYuan. Need to tell the staff there so they will ask the bus to detour into the station to pick ups up. Cost 13RMB per trip. Tell the Bus driver u going to East Gate, Dong Meng. You will alight after the round about along WuLing Road. From there it's just a 5 mins walk to the hotel. Greeted by Mr Yang. the owner of the hotel. I reached the hotel early at 10am, Mr Yang is nice enough to prep the room early and let me check-in. He orientated me to the surrounding and suggest my route to tour the national park. I was staying there for 3 nights. So i bought the 4 days entry ticket + unlimited Cable Cars(3 routes) & BaiLong lift ride. Very worth it if you are staying there for 4 days. Mr Yang helped me to purchase the ticket at a discount price (488RMB). Totally enjoyed the walk, hike, climb, cable car rides & lift rides as it's a low tourist season. But I make an effort to wake yp early and take the first scenic shuttle bus to the locations. The East Gate opens at 7am in the morning, closed at abt 730pm. The East Gate where the WuLingMeng landmark building is, is where all the shuttle buses will depart to the different locations, eg, to TianZhiShan, BaiLong Elevator or Ten Miles gallery. I will usually Didi to and back from the East gate to the hotel, cost abt 6-8RMB. Walking is about 1.5km. 15mins. I skip the Grand Canyon as I think it's abit overpriced and not very scenic. After the stay, I took the same public bus to ZJJ city for TianZhiShan. The pickup location for the public bus is at the same round abt, just wave at the blue bus with the label to ZJJ. Price is also 13rmb and can be paid onboard via WeChat pay. My Yang help me to buy the mountain ticket in advance as its always crowded there. I paid 238rmb for Route 2 ticket which is taking the bus up the mountain and cable car back to the city. It was super nice up in the mountain and the cable car ride was a superb experience. If you need more info can email me @ *****************. Can share more with u solo traveler. Additional Info: The location of the hotel is the best I feel, there are many shops and eatery. Do not stay at the west gate area of WuLingYuan, it's very inconvenient there. The room of the hotel is super big and clean. Bed is VERY comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. Mr Yang will often make me Chinese tea and chit chat. Very friendly and humble boss. Will definitely come back and stay in his hotel again.
