I was looking for an easy stay in the nature. This was totally perfect. I choose the biggest room, with veranda and big bathtub. The room was really good, spacey with nice living-room side. Bathroom was very good with big spa bathtub. Everything is working well, air conditioning, shower, bathtub… only small point is there is no fridge in the room but the owner was keeping our stuff in the kitchen fridge.
It’s said that there is a swimming pool, but not in the property. This can be arranged by the owner to have a splash in another place.
Super close to quiet entrance of south east entrance of the park where we could also do Covid test… 300 meters.
The owner was carrying us where we wanted to go for a fee. DiDi is not super easy to get there.
Restaurant next to thé hôtel was very tasty.
Just don’t expect anyone to speak English around, but with Wexin, all problems get smoother with translation…
The landscape in front of the hotel is very nice and you can walk on pavement between rice, corn, pepper, eggplants…super relaxing for city people
Thus hostel is what you need to relax in quiet place and very very access to wonderful Zhangjiajie National park.

第一次住到這麼好的酒店，貼心的服務真的讓我感受到真正的賓至如歸。房間也特別寬敞，很舒適，衞生條件也很達標，床品乾淨沒有異味，住在這裏很滿意。

跟對象自駕過來玩，千挑萬選的民宿果然沒讓我失望！整個入住過程愉快且安心，老闆非常的帥氣也很熱情周到，知道我們第一次過來玩，還非常貼心的給予我們很多旅行建議和幫助，服務細節非常到位，各方面的體驗感拉滿！最值得稱讚的就是房間衞生，是真的非常的乾淨！本潔癖人士狂喜！周邊環境非常安靜，傍晚跟對象一起去散步，深呼吸滿滿都是清新的樹木氣息和泥土的味道，整個身心都徹底的被治癒，真的好愛大自然，下次還來👍

We arrived and were welcomed with fruits, snacks and tea. The staff was super nice! We had everything we needed. The room was very nice as well :)
We were sad to find out that the swimming pool is still under construction, and it's not available. The staff was nice and provided us dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel. They make sure you are always happy during your staying :)

環境優美視野很棒，我們訂的房間有三個巨大的落地窗，直接可以看到外面的風景。非常的閑適、靜謐。一整個愛上。服務：我們到的時候下着雨，一進門就有熱茶，管家特別貼心周到，根據我們的時間安排合理的遊玩路線還直接以文字形式發給我們。出行都有車接車送，直接送到景點門口。設施：房間特別大，設施齊全、乾淨整潔、帶孩子來玩特別舒服，有游泳池、鞦韆、免費k歌房。餐廳：有免費早餐，搭配的很均衡豐盛。老闆人很好，特別質樸。如果不是時間制約，真的在這裏住上一個月，是一次非常不錯的體驗。

從來都沒有寫過評價，因為沒有任何酒店可以讓我花這幾分鐘寫評價。 也怕寫了評價以後人滿為患，下次我們要回來的時候就難訂了。。。
酒店確實是如圖，甚至比圖還要好，軟件硬件都很好。 衞生好，床品用品都很高級，老闆娘也非常好。 任何有需要幫助的地方她都會第一時間想辦法幫我解決。
兩夫妻是用愛經營這間酒店的。
酒店的餐品也很棒，我們住了五個晚上幾乎點了菜單上所有的菜。
每天睡的很好，吃的很香。
一定會再回來的！謝謝！

自駕來的，被導航帶到了很難走的山路，老闆開視頻指導了我們，果然上山路寬敞乾淨了很多～美女老闆有一種社恐中帶着熱情的感覺，很細心～我們想要的都會提供～房間非常大，很乾凈也很新，還有個麻將機！長者家看到一下子景區都不想去了，衹想打麻將，就留着打了兩天麻將，非常安逸，還一起投影看了電影，適合家庭出遊！小孩長者都能照顧到！窗外正對着山景，雪還沒有化完，很美很有氛圍感～早餐全都很熱乎，蒸餃很好吃獲得全家一致好評，也有咖啡牛奶，米線或者麪可以選～反正有什麼問題就和老闆溝通，態度特別好！

攜程推薦，考慮再三翻閲眾多網友評論不錯，最終還是下單入住觀山園高端民宿，
風格；目前我所見到的獨一無二，內外宮廷唐風，顏色宮廷紅，裝修很特別有檔次，全實木，設計簡潔大方。
環境；大山裡半山腰，四面環山，樓頂花園遠眺千山萬水，日落餘暉，晚霞，可觀日落日出，十分安靜。
交通；民宿有專車接送景區與接站，離張家界國家森林公園景區南大門6/7分鐘，管家會接送。詳細安排旅遊攻略無需自駕參團。聽説來張家參團的多數會踩坑。這點很重要。非常好！
設施：很新，齊全，冬天老闆考慮周全人沒到就打開了房間地暖，入住舒服。內廳有圍爐煮茶烤餈粑紅薯，玉米粑粑等 很有特色。
注重環境，講就品質，喜歡安靜的值得體驗。推薦

The hotel was as advertised, it was clean and beautiful. The view was nice, located by a stream. It was conveniently located close to the entrance of the national forest park. There are many restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores located around the hotel so food was not a worry.
The owner was very nice and friendly, planned our ZJJ trip for us! We did not have much planning, he tailored our trips for us and booked our tickets for us (cable cars, buses, lift and tram ride).
It is also to DiDi in ZJJ which make travelling between places very convenient.
It was a very cosy and comfortable stay. ❤️

HHHunan Hospitality at its best!
We had a splendid stay at Shuiyong Jinjiang Hotel. The sweeping mountain views from the terraces, stylish and spotless rooms, gardens full of flowers and hummingbirds, evening walks to pick corn, peanuts, and melons, and delicious homecooked meals (including plenty of fresh veggies and fruit, steaming hot wonton soup and noodles for breakfast) made our stay extremely memorable and relaxing. The staff was extremely kind, generous, and helpful, arranging our pickup from the airport and trips to the various attractions (the “Avatar Mountains” are basically just next door), suggesting different itineraries for each day, informing us of the constantly changing COVID regulations, driving us to do our COVID tests, etc. We REALLY felt like family right away. The whole place is very child-friendly too, and our two young kids loved exploring the area. We can’t wait to go back again!

洪洪巾茵The service very good. The housekeeping staff who brings us the snack every night during our stay, (A Dan) is very nice & friendly 😊 we loved our stay here will definitely stay here again when we visit Zhangjiajie. Ayi A Dan is very warm and kind, she welcomes us with love and provides us with nice snacks at night.
The tour service advisor also provides good service for our trip. The tour guide was kind and outgoing, really friendly to our family and provides us with interesting facts and information about the surrounding areas we visit.
The hotel room was very exquisite as the room was very clean and was comforting. The bed sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean with great compliments as well as the cupboards having more condiments which help the experience a lot. Overall, the room was great with comforting condiments and was very clean towards customers and that the laundry room was free which helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel.

AALEKSANDRAIf i could give 100 stars to this hotel, i would. We enjoyed every moment there. The staff was super friendly and polite. We felt like we are not staying at a hotel but our own place. It’s on the most convenient location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest park.
Every room from glass house to little rainbow houses were really unique. During our stay, host helped us with transfer to National Park and planing our visit and days.
Breakfast was homemade and really delicious.
To sum up, our stay was perfect and we will definitely come back here! ❤️☀️😍

As a cancer patient, I was seeking more than just a place to rest—I needed an experience that would uplift my spirits, and the Mido Inn, along with its caretaker Wu, delivered exactly that.
Upon arriving at the inn, I was greeted by Wu, whose warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. He seemed to sense that I needed more than just a room; I needed an escape, a way to reconnect with nature and find peace amidst my worries. Wu went above and beyond, providing me with a hand-drawn map of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and crafting a personalized itinerary that perfectly suited my pace and interests.
Wu’s local insights were invaluable. He knew the park like the back of his hand and took the time to highlight lesser-known trails and viewpoints that offered stunning vistas without the crowds. His suggestions were exactly what I needed—places where I could take in the breathtaking beauty of the park and reflect, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
The inn itself was cozy and felt like a home away from home. Each evening, after a day of exploring, I returned to a warm and comfortable space that offered solace and tranquility. The location of the inn was ideal, nestled close enough to the park to make early starts easy, yet far enough away to provide a quiet retreat.
During my two-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, I experienced moments of pure awe that felt almost like a healing process. Standing at the edge of towering cliffs, surrounded by the iconic sandstone pillars, I found a sense of peace that had eluded me in the sterile environment of hospital rooms and medical appointments. The park’s natural beauty, combined with Wu’s thoughtful guidance, allowed me to truly immerse myself in the moment, leaving my health concerns behind, if only for a little while.
Wu’s genuine kindness and eagerness to help made my time in Zhangjiajie not just successful, but deeply fulfilling. His assistance turned what could have been a standard stay into something truly special. As I left Zhangjiajie, I felt a renewed sense of hope and strength, carrying with me memories of not just the breathtaking landscapes, but of the kindness of a stranger who made a world of difference in my journey.

Breakfast is very good and has many options.

SSS-SingaporeReach ZJJ west station via the high speed rail from Changsha. After Existing the station, keep left to the Bus Station to WuLingYuan. Need to tell the staff there so they will ask the bus to detour into the station to pick ups up. Cost 13RMB per trip. Tell the Bus driver u going to East Gate, Dong Meng. You will alight after the round about along WuLing Road. From there it's just a 5 mins walk to the hotel. Greeted by Mr Yang. the owner of the hotel. I reached the hotel early at 10am, Mr Yang is nice enough to prep the room early and let me check-in. He orientated me to the surrounding and suggest my route to tour the national park. I was staying there for 3 nights. So i bought the 4 days entry ticket + unlimited Cable Cars(3 routes) & BaiLong lift ride. Very worth it if you are staying there for 4 days. Mr Yang helped me to purchase the ticket at a discount price (488RMB). Totally enjoyed the walk, hike, climb, cable car rides & lift rides as it's a low tourist season. But I make an effort to wake yp early and take the first scenic shuttle bus to the locations. The East Gate opens at 7am in the morning, closed at abt 730pm. The East Gate where the WuLingMeng landmark building is, is where all the shuttle buses will depart to the different locations, eg, to TianZhiShan, BaiLong Elevator or Ten Miles gallery. I will usually Didi to and back from the East gate to the hotel, cost abt 6-8RMB. Walking is about 1.5km. 15mins. I skip the Grand Canyon as I think it's abit overpriced and not very scenic. After the stay, I took the same public bus to ZJJ city for TianZhiShan. The pickup location for the public bus is at the same round abt, just wave at the blue bus with the label to ZJJ. Price is also 13rmb and can be paid onboard via WeChat pay. My Yang help me to buy the mountain ticket in advance as its always crowded there. I paid 238rmb for Route 2 ticket which is taking the bus up the mountain and cable car back to the city. It was super nice up in the mountain and the cable car ride was a superb experience. If you need more info can email me @ *****************. Can share more with u solo traveler. Additional Info: The location of the hotel is the best I feel, there are many shops and eatery. Do not stay at the west gate area of WuLingYuan, it's very inconvenient there. The room of the hotel is super big and clean. Bed is VERY comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. Mr Yang will often make me Chinese tea and chit chat. Very friendly and humble boss. Will definitely come back and stay in his hotel again.

AAlexanderWe recently enjoyed a fantastic one-week stay at the Harmona Spa and Resort in Zhangjiajie, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with logistics, arranging everything from tickets to transportation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The 24/7 attention was impeccable, and the beautiful location and facilities added to the charm of the resort, we got a feeling of Avatar 2.0
One highlight was the great variety offered at breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Both of the resort’s restaurants served excellent food, adding to our overall dining pleasure.
A special mention goes to the staff members who made our stay exceptional: Johnny and Shan received us warmly on the night we arrived, Cherry and Monica, who not only provided excellent service but also entertained us with their beautiful singing and fun personalities; Pink, who was incredibly helpful, proactive in planning our activities, and quick to resolve any issues

HHFPerhaps one of the best homestay I have ever stay in China! The overall service was excellent. Mr Li, the boss of the homestay personally picked me from the airport. Being a foreigner, there is a problem in retrieving the Zhangjiajie health code, fortunately I managed to get it sorted out by the airport security. Mr Li called me several times as he was wondering if I gave any issue since all passengers have existed the airport and there is no sight of me coming out. We drove around 30 minutes to the homestay. As it was rather late when I arrived, Mr Li asked if I needed any dinner and will get his colleague to prepare for me. Upon arrival at the homestay, I was greeted by Ms Xiao Liu, a young pretty girl who patiently explain about the walking route for several sightseeing places. She was knowledgeable and the information given to me was very clear. What I particularly like was the energy saving, as the staircase up to my room is installed with sensor control and lit-up as soon as there is movement. My room was upgraded to a higher category which was very spacious with a bathtub and lounging area at the balcony. The room was simple but well decorated. Great views overlooking the mountain. As it was snowing the day before I arrived, the sofa was covered with snow. The next day I had breakfast at another building. The breakfast venue was located next to the swimming pool. Breakfast was simple with a nice bowl of hot noodles during the winter. The ladies that worked behind the kitchen offered me fried egg to go along with my noodles. After my breakfast, Mr Li drove me to the Wulingyuan National Park entrance which is less than 10 minutes ride. After my excursion, Mr Zhao the manager of the homestay, fetched me back to the homestay. I ordered some dumplings and it was yummy. Ms Xiao Li made me a cup of tea to go with the dumplings. My room was cleaned upon my return. Hygiene was good and housekeeper did a get job. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were a little soft for me. The only setback was the lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough when applying make-up. As my flight was in the evening, Mr Zhao fetch me to the Tianmen tourist centre as I would like visit the Tianmen mountain before my departure. I had a fabulous stay and the service offered by everyone was excellent. I will definitely return again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.

MMelvinOI love the hotel location which is at a quiet neighbourhood, 10 mins walk to the main food street and 15 mins leisure walk to the east gate of forest park. The receptionist was helpful to book the attraction tickets at discounted price and provided all the necessary information. I had an upgraded room which was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the stream. Breakfast was above average, enough to keep us filling. Highly recommended.
