Hotel 3 Bintang di Würzburg

The GHotel and Living in Wurzburg proved to be a good choice. We booked one of the executive rooms that was large and located on the higher floor. Our view was of the city and the Marienberg Fortress. Its location is relatively near the railroad station, and it proved to be ana advantage as we did do a train trip to Rothenburg au Tauber on one of days there. However, it is away from the old center, and can be walked in about 20 minutes. This is a typical European hotel as the bathroom was basic, and the room was very modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the choices were plentiful.

Hotel has reliable a/c — quiet and easy to operate. Good wifi signal (but I was on the first floor). Room felt really cramped and poorly designed but stylish in look. Hard mattress, soft pillow, big screen tv with wide channel variety. Toilets also conservative with superior water pressure and hot water but shower barrier too short to prevent water spraying onto the floor. Super-slippery bath tub but holding bar present. Hand towel rungs also located lower than expected. Only a 5 minute walk to the Alte Mainbrücke (old bridge) [maybe 10 if you are slow walker]. Kind service at reception, who held onto our luggage for free while we explored the town. Make sure keycards aren’t near your mobile phones or they won’t work. Short tram ride to train station (10 mins or 4 stops on #2) or ＜20 min. walk. Very clean rooms/ hotel and good insulated walls — did not hear neighbours. Would pay extra to get larger room if travelling with other. Make sure you hang card on door knob to ask your room to be cleaned — this does not happen otherwise.

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for 3 nights. Excellent location just across the street from the train station and within walking distance of all the wonderful sights of Wurzburg. Exceptionally clean everywhere, excellent bathroom with good shower and towels, comfy beds (only the pillows were rather soft for our liking). We didn’t try breakfast as there are so many nice places to eat in the town. Friendly staff. Good WiFi. Would definitely recommend.

We spent one night in this hotel. Everything was nice and very clean, the only strange thing was that we could only take the elevator at the back of the building to the 3rd floor and from there we had to take the stairs as our room was on the top floor. But what an elevator it was :). For that alone it is worth visiting this hotel. I won't write any spoilers, experience it yourself. The breakfast was also very tasty with a wide selection of food and drinks. For coffee and tea ******* there is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. A nice place to stay.

Sangat dekat dengan stesen keretapi, ada restoran berdekatan, dan keluar dengan cepat. Had we any idea of the difficulty, we would have planned far in advance or, more likely, selected a different property. Hotel staff work very hard, and the result is a very clean, well run hotel, with everything you need, given that it is three-star lodging. In other words, you can expect a small shower stall (but strong, hot water), only the necessary towels, and one extra large, fluffy pillow. For the hotel's size size, breakfast is decent, and there is unlimited coffee which does not compensate for there being no coffee in the guest room. Six of us traveled together, and the breakfast area is not set up for room to spare at busy hours. At the front desk, staff worked hard to answer questions, indicating directions on their maps, and making worthwhile suggestions. This is not a fancy hotel. But were we to come here again without a vehicle, we would stay here again. With a vehicle, we would speak with the hotel first to assure that they would have a spot for us.

Hotel excelente, quarto espaço, limpo, super confortável. Café da manhã delicioso. Atendimento muito bom. Não é no centro, mas tem ônibus super fácil e próximo para a estação de trem. Tem um restaurante do lado do hotel que é muito gostoso. Recomendo.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was good and convenient for walking to many things in the town. We had a room on the second floor that looked out on the river and fortress with a wonderful view! The room and bathroom were both spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good and they made us custom cooked scrambled eggs. Their parking lot was across from the hotel.
