Ulasan Fengyu Hotel (Wuxi Sanyang Square South Changjie Branch)

Extremely convenient location with fantastic view that is directly linked to the subway. Do note that reception is not on first floor, and this is closer to serviced apartment than hotel. I personally love the combi washer and dryer (additional clothes detergent can be purchased at the mom and pop store across the road), and large spacious rooms. Hotel provides WeChat room service that is very personable and helpful. Lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours. Shower had some issues with regulating warm water and one soap dispenser was faulty, but overall the experience was good. Would definitely come back here on my next trip to Wuxi!

There room was okay, quite big apartment. The problem is only the automatic bathroom light, it was annoying.

Excellent stay. Ms. Sun was extremely helpful and kind.. Great welcome at the reception, she did an exceptional job. Thank you Sun. Just remember,28th floor is where the reception is, and check in there. Location great..easy to get to the Metro station, shopping, all very easily accessible. Surely I will stay here, next time I get to Wuxi. Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable with all amenities. Thank you 🙏😊.

The location of the hotel is very centered in the city so you'll have easy access to food markets and activities. The room was nice and spacious but also clean! Would recommend!

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Location is real convenient, place is nice and best of all price is good for such a large room and can wash cloth too. You will not be disappointed,

Very clean place and snack right in the city of WuXi. It’s in a High rise commercial building. Like a mix development of condo. Beside it is the shopping mall. I was given level 40 giving me an eye level view of the city. The best thing is you can see sunrise when you wake up (see picture). Seeing sunrise while enjoying your coffee. Very high tech room, no cards for door, you are given pin. don’t need to worry about losing the room card. Overall I think this is very good for travellers of all type. Unless you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of service level. If not this is very good. One disadvantage is, there is only 4 lift serving so many floors or unit, if one of the lift breaks down then the waiting time for life can be long. Things to note: There is no signboard of this apartment shown at the building, you just alight at the building beside Sanyang plaza shopping centre and walk in the commercial tall building and go to level 29. That’s the check in location

The apartment is advertised as a hotel but it is not a hotel at all. It’s just a studio apartment. The address given on Trip.com is inaccurate and it is hard to find. Information on Trip is incomplete. It does not describe that it’s an apartment building without any signage nor lobby for the accommodation. Check in is on the 48th floor & i had ring the Chinese mobile number to find out the correct address and where to check in. There’s no fitness centre even though it’s advertised on Trip

The worst part about this hotel is trying to find it. There are no signs, and it is located in a very tall building with many apartments in it. Both on this app and on map apps it doesn't say what floor it is located on. I had to ask the doorman, who called the phone number to ask. The lobby was on the 28th floor. Also, basically everything is done through wechat, which is a little strange.
