However, because the window was facing the garden, there were several elderly people who were having a lot of fun in the garden😂It was really noisy, so I immediately contacted the front desk, and the front desk staff immediately went to persuade the uncles and aunts in the garden. Another service staff immediately arranged to take me to visit another room near the swimming pool, and after asking for our opinions, he quickly changed the room. 👍The hotel has a shuttle bus to the scenic spots, which provides convenience for the guests. The most heartwarming thing is that they also reminded us that there will be flowers and plants when we go to Nianhua Bay at night, so we should pay attention to mosquito bites. They specially gave us a portable mosquito repellent👍After returning from the tour at night, the lobby has prepared Tremella soup, and we lined up to receive it. The room was delivered with a foot bath bucket and Chinese medicine foot bath bag. The front desk not only provided them, but also asked me what happened with concern. When I saw my husband washing clothes and hanging them by the window, I immediately helped us take them to dry😂In short, they can find the needs of all guests. The store manager saw that we called an online car-hailing car for a long time, but no driver took the order, so he drove us to the station where Lingshan Buddha was, where it was easier to get a taxi. I went to Wuxi with my friends and booked this Yunhe Yebo Hotel. When I took a taxi to the hotel, the waiter helped me carry my luggage. The waiter led me into the room and explained everything in detail. This is a home away from home hotel. It was upgraded upon check-in. The environment is elegant. Because it is between Lingshan Giant Buddha and Nianhua Bay Scenic Area, the hotel arranged a scheduled pick-up. The air conditioning was not very good when checking in. I happened to meet the hotel manager, who quickly solved the problem fundamentally. The waiter was also very warm and thoughtful. Although I only stayed for one night, I will choose to stay again next time I come to Wuxi Lingshan Shengjing. It is no exaggeration to say that some five-star hotel services cannot catch up with it.
